They did a great job. Very professional and fast work. Provided details of the process of what was needed ie materials and timing. Improvement from initial work that was done to reduce any potential molding issue by recommending and replacing a certain area with different material from original.

Alan, Mark and the crew gave me a reasonable price for water damage mitigation and repair, and did a good job too. Alan kept me informed, our communication were excellent. I would definitely hire them again.

After discovering moisture in my basement wall and a musty smell, I proceeded to take steps for waterproofing. First step mold testing. My test came back positive for mold, so made a call and the first company gave me a ridiculous quote without even looking at my basement. Next call was to Cat Recovery. I'm so glad I called them because the entire experience was brilliant. Mark came right out and gave me so much helpful information and put my mind at ease. They did an outstanding job! Unfortunately I had to call at 1:00 am. They took all my information and handled everything for me in a difficult time. Everyone I spoke with were very professional and after it was all done they reached out to make sure I was doing well after my mothers passing. If I ever have another need for their services I would call them again. They were and are the best in their business.

Incredibly honest guys. Another company tried to sell us on thousands of dollars of "absolutely necessary and urgent mold remediation" but as soon as Mark looked at the allegedly problematic areas he said that was ridiculous. After inspecting it better, he told us that he'd be embarrassed to even give a quote for clean up because nothing was necessary that we couldn't easily handle ourselves with a few bucks worth of cleaning supplies. So while I can't speak to their actual work, and I hope we never need to use their services in the future, they will absolutely be our first call if we do.

CAT Recovery Services did a great job making sure my furniture was packed well and stored probably in the pod. They also covered items with plastic to minimize the dust from removing the wood and tile flooring. They were very professional.

I put in a request for mold removal late Friday night. I received a call first thing Sat morning. Not only was my issue resolved, but they also taught me what to look for, and how to prevent future issues with mold. They educated me on things that mold grows on, how to determine if it's mold etc. The customer service was so helpful and they were so patient with me. I’m a first-time home buyer and I was nervous about cost and damage. Not only did they follow the job through, but they also contacted me to see if I wanted someone to come back and recheck the work after everything was dried. I will use them for all future house issues that they cover. Good help is hard to find and people that do their job well are even harder to find. Thank you CAT Recovery Services. Had a suspected mold problem and was directed be Angies list to CAT Recovery it was one of the companies that came up. After putting in my info I was contacted by Alan and told him my concerns he listened thoroughly and indicated he would send his partner Mark out to do an inspection at no cost. Mark showed up the next day and spent over an hour and half thoroughly inspecting my house and my potential issues , he also took time to address additional concerns not related to my initial inquiry. He explained that the problem I had could be addressed by me and directed me on what I need to do to remedy it and it was not severe regarding the mold. It was shocking and surprising in this day and age to find such an honest and through people. In the course of his visit he explained that they don’t do just mold but many things construction related as well as air duct cleaning and basically anything to do with home repair and restoration even structural issues. I told Mark I would be hiring them in the near future to address some of the issues we had discussed that I do need pros for and kidded how do you guys make money almost 2 hours spent with me and no bill ? Great company. I called and they were there within a couple hours and had the work done and cleaned up quickly. Very friendly guys. They dealt with my insurance directly which made it very easy for me.

I was extremely happy with all the work that was done by this company. They replaced what was damaged they painted, the flooring was redone everything was done exactly the way it needed to be. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again

We didn't have mold. It's another issue. Pointed out some other problems for us though.

Technician did well but I had to call in order to get a written report on findings.

This was a $125 big deal purchase and it was fine. There was no remediation, only an inspection. To improve they could have provided a quicker follow up with a written report. I think the pricing was fair and under scale. They were good on professionalism. I had good rapport with the guy who came out. He was explaining what he was looking for.

I met the owners of the company upon my return home from a business trip. My wife chose CAT Services, at 3:30 AM, based solely upon the reviews she read! The business owners shared with me next steps and they were very sensitive to the fact that it was the week of the Christmas holiday. We asked them to begin work right away; which they did. We loved the clean up crew; mature, knowleadgeable and responsible team of gents that were very kind to my wife. We trusted the entire team COMPLETELY AND LEFT THEM WITH A KEY TO ENTER THE HOME WHILE WE WERE NOT PRESENT DURING THE DAY. No issues at all! Before any work was done, the CAT team was keen to make us aware of proposed work schedules and they were always responsive to any requests we made of them. However, the craftsmanship of the work crews was tremendous; tile, sheet rock, hard wood floors and the painters were unbelievable; not a drop of paint on the floors/carpets and they used high quality paints. Place looks terrific! When the work was near completion, I expected a lag in the final work efforts getting completed. I judged incorrectly.... as busy as the CAT Services team is, they made sure to stay on the job until completion and I was totally satisfied. They did a number of walk through inspections prior to our official close out / end of job. If something of this nature comes up yet again in my future, I would only consider CAT Services. That is how strongly I feel about the work ethic and integrity of the owners and their team of works but for the end results of all their work. I bought a John Wieland model home some fourteen years ago. It never looked as good when I moved in as my home looks today! I hope I don't require CAT Services ever again ... but if I do, I will only on them to help me with my home recovery work efforts. Sincerely, Fred Merkel
