The team was so professional. They did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations!

Jason came out to do the estimate for us. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Our lawn needed some tender loving care - weeds had overtaken our beautiful Bermuda grass; shade from my neighbors overgrown maple killed the grass/walkway between our homes; we had lava rocks in front that had been there for 10+ years and I was over them; shrub beds had grown in and lost the edge/trench that I like. Jason gave me an estimate and two weeks later the work was complete. They did a really good job; they came one day while we were at work; removed the rocks (a lot of rocks); replaced with mulch and pine straw, created a soft edge (still need more, but 10 years of growing in is going to take more than one pass so I don't hold them responsible for that), and removed about 10-12 "bunches" of monkey grass. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Two hours later the Office Manager called back and said he "misspoke" about the availability of the Landscape Architect and needed to change the appointment. He proposed a new day and time 7 DAYS LATER. I expressed concern that the time difference would delay the work we wanted done. He assured me that there would be no delays and that the LA would arrive on time. That is not what happened. The Landscape Architect did not show up and never called. When I called back for an explanation, I got voice mail, left a message, but never received a reply. Apparently, Customer Service is not a priority at C&W Residential Services. Now I must start over with another provider.

All in all it went well. Was a much larger project than we anticipated.

I was told that there would be a charge for an estimate unless we knew exactly what we wanted and if there would be no design/planning involved, just labor. I replied that this WAS the case; we just needed a trench dug around our yard and a barrier (which we'd supply) installed. Carl then told me call to make an appointment, but proceeded to engage in a ridiculous conversation where he ultimately could not guarantee that there would not be a charge. If there is a charge for an estimate, so be it .... but be clear up front - don't tell me that it will only be determined AFTER I schedule it.

We had significant landscape drainage problems other firms did not address. C&M "listened" to our concerns, designed a solution, scheduled the work, did not try to sell us unnecessary plantings but instead incorporated existing plantings into the plan, then supervised and installed the complete job. Great experience from start to finish. We are very satisfied and would hire C&M again.

I called for a quote for mulch around my house. Upon speaking to the gentleman, he stated that I "called during the middle of the busiest time of year and a MINIMAL job." Well to that I say, excuse me for calling your business in the first place. Obviously I understand this isn't going to cost thousands of dollars up front, but you had the potential of earning my business in the future, so you should be thankful for my phone call in the first place.

They do an excellent job of providing the services I need! I would recommend this company to anyone from an individual like me to a major corporation.

They did a great job. We have been using them for since October 2014. The workers have been very amenable and pleasant.

The price was reasonable and the quality was good. The workers were okay and they did that job while I was at work. They got the whole job done in one day.

They come out monthly. We have been using them for about 3 months now. The workers have been fine. The scheduling was very easy.

They got the job done in a couple of weeks but we did lose a couple of days because of severe cold temperatures. The workers were very professional and prompt. If there was going to be a delay they would call. They had to dig down deep into the sink hole to haul out a lot of huge tree trunks and other debris.

I have been using them for about 9-10 years now. They are very good and very responsive. I have also used them for major projects on the yard as well. They are quite good from the owner on down. For what they do their prices are fine. Michael the owner is the one that I deal with and Andrew is the maintenance manager. They have quality people working for them. They hire people that will stay with them and you always have the same people coming back to do the work.

We have used this company for many years and the work is completed to our satisfaction. One of their employees (a supervisor) is very bad about returning calls. Once the work is finished, he will not call back. However, Michael Staley, who I believe is one of the owners, is very responsive.

They did a great job. The workers were great. They got the patio done fairly quickly and in the time frame that they said it would be done.

They did a good job with the letter and were able to do it quickly as we were closing on the house. He seemed really professional and really knew his stuff and pointed out other stuff as well. He was able to save us about $3000 off from the seller. The scheduling was really easy.

They were fine but I was looking for more of a gardener where they were more of a yard service. The workers were fine. The scheduling was fine and I had no problems with them.

We are pleased with them. We have used them for a number of years. They usually come about 3-4 times a year. Their prices are comparable to others. If they ever need to change times they will always call me to let me know. We are satisfied with them. The workers are very professional and everyone does a great job.

I have used them 3-4 times now. They do good work on the yard, but I don’ t like the way they bill and the scheduling to get them to come out can be a headache. The workers have been fine. The cleanup has been fine and I have had no problems.

Brendon came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us some new ideas as well. This was a busy time of year and Brendon was going to go out of town, but still provided us a detailed estimate within a couple of days. He was excellent to work with. I am not sure of the total price due to electrical and other work that would have been performed as well for the project. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we a have delayed our project out in the future.

They did the work quickly and the plants looked good initially. The small tree they planted seems to be dying even though we water it regularly. I called but was told there was no warranty. After asking for opinion on what to do and if they might know what was wrong with it, I sent photos but never got a response back. Over all the landscaping looked good but I think customer service is lacking.

Great Service. Mike responded promptly to setup service. Technician came to my home ,arrived on schedule, was very professional, and most importantly did a great job with the repair. I ecalled Mike at a later date to check out an area of concern near the repair site. It ended up being an unrelated paint scuff that he went ahead and buffed out while he was there, along with touching up another small scratch. They provide a great service that I would recommend to anyone needing autobody work.
