Super Service Award Winner-3 Straight Years! C & M Residential Services, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Michael Staley. After working in the industry and having an affinity for the work, he decided to pursue his passions and founded his own company. The company grew steadily and we worked to keep our customers happy. We began to see a need – most landscape companies make an effort to fulfill requests for enhanced outdoor elements, but do not have the appropriate answers to the necessary questions. To fill this need, over the years we have accumulated staff members that bring to the table a unique and versatile skill set. We are able to provide you a solution for anything outdoors. Other companies would have to contract out the work, but at C & M we are able to provide the vast majority of services with our full time employees. In additional to residential landscape services we also specialize in sinkhole remediation.

Description of Work: Approximately 2009, they took care of a huge sink hole in my backyard. It was a very stressful time dealing with this problem, and C&M Residential did a fantastic job for us. Communication was great, work was very thorough,completed in a timely manner and we haven't had any more issues.

Description of Work: C&M performed regular monthly lawn service and spraying at our home in Marietta. During the three years we worked with them they also performed several projects which included, deck expansion, gutter cleaning, lawn aeration and seeding,ivy removal and excavation of our front lawn and several seasonal services such as pruning and planting. They are excellent!

Description of Work: THey did some handyman things around the house. Don't recall exactly what I had them do, it was a while ago. But he was very nice, professional, and I was satisfied with what he did. I had an Angie's List voucher so I can't really say what their prices would usually be.

Description of Work: C&M Residential did excellent work. We had just moved into our new home, and we hired them to do major pruning and clean up of the overgrown shrubbery the previous owners had not maintained. The crew was here for the better part of a day, but they did everything that we had agreed to. | |When I had called for the estimate, the company sent someone out who walked the property with me so I could explain exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very impressed with their work. | |Although I prefer to do my own landscaping and yard work, I would not hesitate to hire this company again. They do what they say they will do and are on time and efficient.

Description of Work: They did not show up twice for weekly yard maintenance in the span of a month. The second time they accused me of lying about their failure to show up and mow the lawn. They also refused to reimburse us for those pre-paid and unperformed services.

We serviced this account weekly for the two months in which we were contracted to maintain the property. We did not accuse the client of lying in any way. When she sent an email cancelling service she said the reason for cancellation was because we skipped her twice. I immediately contacted the Supervisor who services her account and he informed me that he had not skipped this account and explained to me the services in which he performed on each visit. I checked our GPS system which we have on all of our trucks and confirmed that we in fact serviced the account weekly and spent the appropriate amount of time on site consistent with properly maintaining her landscape. I simply explained my findings to her and she was not satisfied with my answer. In no way did I accuse her of lying. She disputed our GPS report and said that if we came we must have sat in the truck. We have been in business for over 20 years and have many, many satisfied clients. We did not build our business to where it is today by sitting in trucks and deceiving customers. We did not refund any money because services were rendered in full. We try our best to make all of our customers happy and are willing to do anything to meet and exceed their expectations. We regret that this customer's expectations were not met.
