Bravo Fence Company

I recently had Bravo replace an old fence in our backyard. The quoting process went fine and the quote was fair compared to two other quotes. The initial crew didn't do a very good job when they first came out. Many pickets were too short and/or were skewed. The spacing between pickets was wider than quoted and one gate didn't have a handle. The same crew came back out a week later and replaced some of the pickets, but the workmanship was still subpar. A different crew came out after another week, and they were able to fix some of the issues. Overall, the fence looks ok now, but it's not as high quality as I was expecting. I got a ~7% discount ($200 off $3000) on the final price. The people were nice to work with, but I would not recommend Bravo to others.

Job took two days. The team of two men was fast and efficient. The fence looks great and they cleaned up the debris afterward. I got quotes from multiple companies in the spring, then postponed the project due to high lumber prices. In October I asked for quote updates, and Bravo had a good price and professional response. Very happy overall. I wish they did decks, since that's my next big outdoor project.

Bravo Fence Company was a wonderful company to work with. We received 10 fence quotes from a variety of companies before choosing Bravo Fence Company. Bravo Fence Company was among the least expensive quotes, but they offered very quality work. I was also incredibly impressed with the speed that Bravo Fence Company was able to provide in setting up the installation. Some companies told us it would be anywhere from 3-6 weeks to get our fence installed. Bravo set up a date a week after we signed our contract. The workers were incredibly professional, timely, and hard-working. Our fence looks awesome, and I feel that we received a great product! I also appreciated that Bravo Fence Company was willing to offer many choices of product within my budget.

I called and the Customer Service had a salesperson return my call on Monday. He asked several questions about my job, and since I don't live at the property yet, asked me to drive over and take photos so he could look at the site. I did that, and sent them to him mid Tuesday. He called back on Tuesday evening and asked the same questions (didn't remember any details) and then told me he would get me a proposal and would check to see if they could meet my timeline (two weeks). He called me again on Wed and told me they could meet the two weeks and he would get the proposal. Then he called again on Wed and asked me the same questions he had already asked me two times previously and didn't again seem to remember. When I told him that he had already asked those same details (length and placement of fence) he got huffy and told me he shouldn't even take my job, and then told me they wouldn't do it. They wasted 3 full days of my time, never gave me a proposal, and knew I was in a short time frame to start with. They act like they are doing you a favor taking your job.

Went as planned and they worked so hard. The team we had were the hardest working guys. Don't know if all teams are but our team lead was outstanding.

Bravo Fence seemed like the best fit for my fence project. Scheduling an appointment was easy and pleasant. I signed the contract and was ready to get started. However, customer service took an unbelievably sour turn just 6 days before the project start date. I had arranged to be off work for the start date, and made other important sacrifices during the wait time in order to prepare for the fence to be installed. I had to pull a same day permit. Unfortunately, 6 days before the start date, the salesperson I dealt with informed me that he spoke with the owner of Bravo Fence, and they no longer wished to do my project, because they did not want to provide a few business documents (such as business license number, drivers license, etc.) that was needed for the permit to be pulled. It seemed shady, and fraudulent to say the least. They said that they build fences all the time in Atlanta, and never have to deal with this sort of thing. Like I said, it needed to be done right, and they were unwilling to follow a few steps for some odd reason. Lastly, I requested to talk to the owner about this horrible customer service issue, and was told by the salesperson “The owner isn’t going to want to talk to you. You are my customer and there is no reason for him to communicate with you whatsoever”. What kind of business owner doesn’t want to talk to a concerned customer? Any business that operates like such is not a business I want to work with. Although, Bravo Fence Company has inconvenienced me and wasted a significant amount of my time, I am glad that they did not complete my fence project. I will seek out a professional, reputable company to complete my project that doesn’t have anything to hide. Also, the reason this company has good reviews in lots of places is partly due to the fact that they will refund a customer $100.00 for leaving 5 good reviews on a variety of review websites (the salesperson will tell you this before you sign the contract).

On 8/15 we had an appointment for someone to come out to walk our yard to provide us with a quote. Shortly before the appointment, we received a call that she was running late- it really was not an issue for us, we had no plans to be anywhere else that day. The appointment went really well, and within a day or so we had the quote. Our HOA denied us the original plan, so we made contact to have the drawing updated to the HOA's specifications. That was 3 weeks ago. My emails, phone calls and texts have gone unanswered since 9/3. We ended up having to go with another company, because we have two small children and two dogs, so the fence was a priority for us. A real shame, because I was really looking forward to working with them.

Best fencing company Bravo for Bravo Fence! I was completely satisfied with the work done by Bravo Fence and recommend this company very highly. Of the 3 estimates I obtained, Bravo’s was slightly higher than the lowest and $2,000 less than the highest. Jay, the Sales Manager, explained exactly what they would do clearly and in great detail, and he stayed in touch throughout the process. The crew handled this complicated installation with exceptional skill and efficiency: they removed the existing fence--much of it covered with ivy, which they cut away along with some shrubs and small trees--built a retaining wall where the ground was uneven, and installed 158 feet of black vinyl chain link fence and a gate. Then they loaded the old fence and debris onto their truck and took it to the dump. Rather than the 2 or 3-day job the other contractors offered, the Bravo crew completed their work in less that 7 hours. The fence is very sturdy
