They were awesome to work with. On time, did a great job, and very thorough.

At first (as reflected in an earlier post), it was difficult to get a response for an estimate, after I sent in photos and dimensions of the deck as requested. After I posted an Angie's List review, their office contacted me with a quote, and explained that their email had gotten lost. They were very responsive and professional after that. Once the scheduling/estimate issues were settled, Blue Monkey's services were very good, professional, and quick. The deck was cleaned quickly; the person who did the painting did a great job. The deck looks the best it has in years. We used the Angie's list special plus the cost of paint/stain (5 gallons at $40/gal).

Heavy upsell. Did not mention that stain not included in original price or 2nd quote for extra sq footage. Angie's deal of $250 became $530 for 16x16 deck. Product applied spots very easily as well.

Awesome! Very professional, on time, great communication, quality equipment, attention to detail, would hire again...and did! Blue Monkey also stained our fence and it looks amazing. This review cost is only for the pressure wash house coupon though, the fence staining was a seperate transaction.

Office staff was very helpful in helping me to decide on additional services I may need in the future. I will definitely use again and recommend Blue Monkey to anyone needing pressure washing services. Prices are reasonable and workmanship is excellent.

Kyle spent extra time with the mildewed porch railing and it looks good, although it identified some trim paint I need to do. This is the age of the paint and not Kyle's doing. The deck in back is in shade and did not dry quickly enough for it to be sealed on the same day. I expressed concern about the inbound hurricane messing up next week's weather, and the very next day Marcos returned to seal the deck. He did a splendid job. I paid more than the original offer because of the size of my decks. It was well worth it and I would hire Blue Monkey again.

As one of the other reviewers mentioned, initially it was a little difficult to get a hold of them. Once the appointment was set it went very well.

Blue Monkey did an okay job. It was hard to tell how well it was done until after a couple of rains and drying.

Great job. I will definitely use this company again. House was a bit overdue for a pressure washing and there were a few areas with stains that I had concerns regarding removing some stains.

Things went well except for a little "hiccup" which was taken care of to my satisfaction. Both Kyle and Lace were great! I will be calling them in a couple of years to do it again!

There was a bit of miscommunication at first but when I finally heard from them, it appeared that I had to provide them with pictures of my deck and measurements before they would actually schedule an appointment. This was a problem since I was recovering from a medical issue (I have never had a home services company require me to provide them with documents before they would perform the service that I had already purchased). When I was finally able to provide the information to them, they provided me with an estimate of how much additional it would cost based on the size of my deck and if I require stain. We settled on the price and they scheduled the date to clean the deck. The deck was cleaned on a Saturday but it was over a week before they could seal the deck (partially due to the weather). The actually day that they were scheduled to seal the deck, the serviceman arrived several hours later than originally scheduled (again due to the weather) but failed to call me and inform me that he would be delayed. The company did an excellent job cleaning and staining though they did not replace my table and chairs on to the deck. I am not able at this time to carry such heavy items. As I live alone, it is an issue to get someone here to replace my deck furniture.

It went fine. My deck was overall larger than I was expecting and thus the cost was much higher than I had hoped, but that is my fault for not measuring fully.
