Jeffrey Belk was very prompt after I requested a contact in this category of appraisers. It took only a few minutes to hear from him. He was on time, thorough, let me look at his measuring device (quite modern and impressive) and was courteous. He sent me the appraisal on time and by e-mail. He did more comps than was required and was very thorough. I would recommend him again to anyone needing someone professional and prompt.
