Edward and his Team did a incredible Job with my Hardwood floors ,They were very professional always on time,very clean eve though this was not a clean project.I would recommend them to anyone for all hardwood projects specifically Lacing, There was an area of my floors that needed very special attention they had too Lace about 20 sqft into to blend with the rest of the floors and the attention detail going to that area was greatly appreciated I can not tell the where the transition from old new is....Well Done Edward..See you soon for phase 2.

Our expectations have been exceeded with Eddie and his team! We needed to refinish existing hardwoods and install new hardwoods in our bedroom and office. We were working with a very strict timeline as we were just closing on our new home, and needed the floors to be done before we had to move out of our apartment. From the beginning, Eddie and his brother were extremely professional. They came out and give us an estimate the next day. I can tell off the bat, they were very knowledgeable. They were the most reasonably priced out of the 3 other bids that we received and the most responsive, so we decided to go with them. They actually finished the floors ahead of schedule and they look fantastic. Eddie was also able to give me some recommendations for other contractors which was a plus. We were able to get our painting done at the same time that we got our floors installed. It was wonderful because it made our move in process easy. I highly recommend Bel Floors. I get so many compliments on my floors!!

From beginning to end, Eddie and his team were outstanding! They were very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and responsive to all of our requests. We really appreciated the detailed, daily communication on the status of the project. And they also made us aware of water leaks around our window sills in a couple of the rooms that we quickly patched up so that it would not impact our new hardwood floors down the road. We were also very impressed with their ability to match up the stain colors and flooring to make the seamless look and feel from room to room. Overall, the quality of their work was amazing! Our new hardwoods look great! We would highly recommend Eddie and his team to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their hardwood floors.

Eddie and his crew provided exceptional workmanship and skill in installing our new hardwoods. This is the 2nd time we've used Bel Floors and continue to be delighted that we have found such craftsman for our home. Following the completion, Eddie was quick to respond onsite for an issue that had nothing to do with the work they performed, yet he was there for us.

No work was performed. This review corrects a previous review that was based on a misunderstanding during the initial contact. That was cleared up in subsequent communications with Mr. Eddie Lengyel. I am now convinced that Eddie is a man of enormous integrity and his business is operated with that quality and caring. My home is outside the service area for Bel Floors and they are not be able to do the work. Eddie has shown me how much he cares about his customers and the extent he goes to assure they will be satisfied. He personally gave me valuable information and estimates about my project even though he would not be able to do the work because of the distance. I am very impressed with Bel Floors and would highly recommend them to anyone living in their service area.

It went great. There were a couple little issues, they came right back and fixed them. We are happy. The floors are fantastic. Would recommend 100% again.

They did an excellent job of removing the old finish and finding the color that we liked for the flooring. Eddie is very patient in explaining the process and very professional in his approach to completing the project.

Eddie and his crew did a great job installing hardwoods in our kitchen and living room. He blended the new with existing floors seamlessly. We are very happy with the finished product.

I had to wait a few weeks for them to start the floors but they quoted the best price, agreed to paint the shoe molding and move the furniture back, which was HUGE for me, and the reviews on here were excellent. There were some hiccoughs toward the end with communication about when they would be here to finish up the job but Eddie and Robert were both very knowledgeable and Robert did a great job on the floors. They removed stray marks on the baseboards and walls caused by the refinishing process and took care with my furniture as well as protected my antiqued kitchen cabinetry and kept the dust out of them. The floors had absolutely no dust on them. I would use them again.

The communication with Eddie is great. He responds to text messages and is available when you need him. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and because of his knowledge and desire to do a great job, he will educate you so no worries remain. When spending a couple thousand dollars on floors you want to make sure it's done right, and Bel Floors assured us that they would before they even began.

Amazing work by Eddie! He is onsite doing the work daily. He knows his trade and he does it well! Price was below competition. Work was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better experience!

They were very helpful in all respects. They helped us select the right stain and finish. They were easy to work with and always on time and professional. They even made a special trip to repair a spot that the movers scratched. The floors look absolutely perfect. I also felt the pricing was very fair. Great quality work. I am extremely happy with the work Bel Floors did.

We obtained the flooring we liked, that he had recommended, and had it at the residence for him to use. He was able to start the work earlier than quoted. He and his employee did all the work with minimal dust or clutter. Eddie was great at communicating his times of arrival and updating us on completion. He matched the stain on the refinishing to the new flooring and gave us the final choice on which example matched best. When completed, the floors looked great! We could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Eddie at Bel Floor. We will definitely be using him in the future on the upstairs hardwood floors.

It went great. The work was completed earlier than expected. I trusted Eddie's judgment with the floor color and he was right, I'm so happy that I followed his recommendation. They did a great job putting sheeting up on the areas of the house that needed to be protected. He also worked around us, we were able to be back on the floors in the morning which made it possible for us to stay in the house while the floors were being refinished.

Eddie gave me an estimate over the phone based on my square footage and a few pictures I sent him. Pricing was very fair and up-front ($ per sq ft, $ per stair step, etc.). I was comparing itemized estimates from other companies, and Eddie explained that some of the items listed on other companies' estimates were not necessary for my situation. This saved me several hundred dollars. He was very flexible with our schedule, as we had to fit in the floor refinishing between other contractors performing work in the house. We worked together to come up with a custom stain mix to get the look we wanted. He also hand finished the nosing under my iron spindles to match the stair treads. We had a few boards that needed a little extra work on the poly once it dried; Eddie was happy to come back and take care of it right away. We love our floors!

The service went well. Eddie was very professional. There were a few month between when I initially contacted contractors for the floors and commenced with the work. Eddie had the most competitive bid and certifications from Bona Flooring. He was thorough and sent pics of the work since I was out of town. He even replaced a couple boards that had water damage.

Bel Foors did an excellent job, and were finished on time and in budget. Very professional and took the extra effort to make sure we were happy.. We were very happy with the finished product. Highly Recommended.
