So Henrys folks did a decent job, with one glaring issue. They failed to locate our sprinkler system and heads prior to grading the lawn. As a result, the electric lines as well as water lines were cut/broken throughout the work. My repairs to the sprinkler system were about $1000. When I approached them about this over site I was offered and accepted $400 in restitution, however the funds were never paid and they now wont return my calls. I dont believe I was unreasonable in this process and am pretty disappointed in how these issues were resolved.

I made the mistake of paying in full before job was finished. They have not been back for 3 weeks to finish the job so it looks like I lose

The installers were wonderful, but in the corner of my yard they used a different sod than what we agreed and paid for. I left messages every day for almost 2 weeks to get it resolved and replaced and the owner NEVER returned any of my calls or texts. Good value for the work but very disappointed that I have not heard back.

Works well with the homeowner. Attends to all questions and clears up any misunderstandings.

Henry and Anain were both helpful and professional in their approach to the extension of our patio and the addition of slate. We found them to be very respectful of our property and completed the project in a timely manner. Great value for the money.

They removed the top rail on the chain link fence, promised that it would be replaced and it was not, I asked if they gave a guaranteed on the sod and bushes that were installed and was told that it was all going to survive and it has not. I am left with several dead bushes and a large section of sod that needs to be replaced. Not happy and would not recommend this company. I have called Henry and he does not return phone calls!

This was a total waste of over $3900 and I just spent another $3000 to fix their mistakes. Although, the owner appeared to know what we needed to control the drainage, they had no idea what they were doing. They ran one drain pipe to my neighborâ s yard and stopped the other in the middle of my back yard. As for their grading, we were left with two large areas that just collected water and never dried up. When my new landscaper dug us the yard there was no sign of the drainage pipe they claimed to have run into the woods. Because of them and the cost to me, I am reluctant to ever use home advisor again for anything

I was ripped off by Mr. Henry Tobias, as they installed sod that was dead in 3 months. The area of my yard has too much shade, and if anything they should have installed zoysia or fescue instead I was convinced to install Bermuda in which I was way overcharged, and it died within months and I?m out $2600. They don?t return your calls after the fact.

The quality of the work was great and the staff was friendly and professional. He even went above and beyond to help move a tree that needed to be replanted. Henry was very responsive and addressed any and all concerns that brought up. I needed to have my patio finished for a 70th birthday party for my dad and the rain during the week was causing problems. He worked hard to make sure they were able to make my deadline and finished my patio within hours of guess arriving. There was some damage done to my lawn during the construction (due to rain) and they not only repaired it but also made sure I was satisfied before taking payment.

Installed sod in our backyard. They were quick and did a great job. No complaints on the quality of their work. This is my first experience getting sod put in, so I don’t have any price comparisons, but their price seemed fair compared to other quotes and what I read online. We were charged what we were quoted. Only hiccup was having to reschedule the day of our appointment, but it was because of the sod supplier so it wasn’t their fault. I would recommend to others and hire again.

Henry came out on time and prepared to view the job and gave us a quote on the spot. The project was bigger than expected but it was still done on time and on budget. All workers were polite and professional and very helpful. Several of our neighbors with the same issue either have already reached out to them or will be reaching out to them for repairs in their backyards as well. Highly recommend.

The quality of work was excellent. He knew what he was doing and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. Project was completed on time although at times I had my doubts. In hindsight, I would have gotten an itemized bill before the project began and then made sure the exact amount of materials I was billed for had been delivered to my house. I would also make sure they knew what I wanted done with any leftover materials. I do realize that you have to overestimate as not to come up short. However, if there is extra that I have paid for it should be my decision as to what happened to those materials, not just hauled away and “dumped”. Perhaps my ignorance of how the project price was determined and my assumption that people treat others how they would expect to be treated led me to trust the salesman.

They just finished my back yard. They removed an old tree stump graded the whole back yard and installed Bermuda sod. They did a professional job. My back yard looks great. I have a mid size back yard that looks a whole lot bigger. They said it would take two days and it was done in two days. I am very happy with my back yard and I got a military discount.

My backyard was dead, no grass, dying trees from no sunlight, but Henry Tobias came and made it look awesome. The price was reasonable and he stayed on budget. The workers were wonderful showed up on time and everyday.

They did an excellent job and completed it in a timely manner. I would definitely reccommend them.

They did a fantastic job of clearing out large overgrown areas next to our lake and all around our drives, I feel like I have our great lake view back again! Henry is very professional and the work was done timely, I highly recommend.

Atlanta's Best Lawn Services was hired for poison ivy removal in my yard. They performed the work in a timely fashion and were very thorough in the cleanup process. I would hire them again when I need their services.
