They did an excellent job. What stood out is their follow up and that they answered all of my questions. If I did not think I got an answer I asked again and ensured I got an answer. Their price was competitive. I got some estimates that were less but I knew based on what their estimate had the quality of work would not be as good and their estimate was not as detailed -- you know, you get what you pay for. Some of the lower estimates I did not think they would do quality work and a lot of details were missing as far as materials in there. They were the only one who told me they would have a person with the crew on-site in a supervisory capacity. He was the go-to person for me.

The crew was extremely professional, on time & preformed beyond expectation.

Sonny was very responsive and helped us out a great deal. He is quick to take and answer phone calls and to return text messages. Sonny was great, and as a whole, it's a terrific and reputable company. They replaced our roof earlier this year and it looks beautiful. We would highly recommend them. We are too far out for their handyman, otherwise we would take advantage of that service, too.

Atlanta Roofing Specialists were able to coordinate with our plumber to be at my home at an exact time. They are polite, punctual, and professional and give discounts to Angie's List Members. I am impressed with how they handled this small job, so I will be sure call them when it is time to replace our roof or if I need any repair work.

They made an appointment to come 2 weeks out for a quote and gave a 2 hour window. After sitting for the 2 hours (the house is empty since we are renovating) I called to see what was up. Was told Mark was "a little late" and it would be at least another hour. They couldn't be bothered by calling to let us know they would not show or even seemed the slightest bit concerned we were left hanging.

Never met anyone from the company. They didn't show up for their appointed time. When I spoke to the office person ell regarding this occurrence, they were nice, but seemed unbothered by the fact that this was a loss of business and a first impression of their company to me. That reaction was why I asked for and received a refund and have chosen to seek out other roofers.

Everything was great. David Bishop did the initial and final inspections and was extremely thorough and courteous. He was very helpful in collecting the necessary information for our insurance company. Everyone in the office was very helpful, from correspondence (Brad) to payments (Monica). Brad is always very quick to reply to messages. ARS really is a top-notch company and we are very thankful for finding such a good company with high workmanship standards.

The gutter cleaning was fine but cleanup was marginal. Bushes and area under the gutters had quite a bit of debris which had been removed from gutters. It took about a month from time of contacting them until they came and did the job, which I thought was a long time for this job.

They were punctual. They seemed fair in providing the estimate and no over charging. I would use them again. They kept their word will the price no add on or problems as sometimes happens with work like this, nothing get's my" goat" like when an estimate changes after or in the middle of the Job. I paid exactly what was estimated which is how I like it.

I contacted the company in February 2016 about coming out and doing an estimate, they were very busy and stated it would take 3 weeks before they could come out. I was willing to wait since they had good reviews on Angie List and they were willing to come to my area to do the estimate. 1 March 2016, Rictor came out. He was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem in no time. He told me verbally what the cost would be and gave me a package full of helpful information. He said I would receive a written estimate by email and to give them a call once I've made a decision. I contacted the receptionist a couple days later to schedule the repair. Due to my schedule and theirs we had to set a date for three weeks out. Taylor was friendly and informed me that she would be in contact on several occasion to coordinate since they couldn't work if rain was expected. Sure enough the first and second dates were rescheduled due to rain. The roofer came the following day of the second scheduled appointment to complete the job. (Saturday) He stated that he wanted to come out and take care of the job since I had been waiting for over a month. He arrived at 7:30am and completed the job around 12:30pm. I can't rate the quality since we haven't had a really hard rain yet. I going to reserve my comments for a follow-up response in a few months.

Atlanta Roofing Specialist was the only roofing company that walked through their detailed estimate to explain the work they would perform. The other two companies I called only gave me a company form with an estimated cost. which lacked any written explanation for what was and wasn't included in the price Atlanta Roofing Specialist worked dawn to dusk for two days working on my roof. They took time to repair and replace damaged rafters and wood. They did a great jobs installing my gutters too. My father recommended ARS to me and I would definitely recommended ARS to my friends and family.

Everyone at this company was awesome. Didn't have to sit around and wait for these guys, they were here when they said they would be here, very much appreciated that. Now I can't crawl up on the roof to critique their work but I'm sure it is fine based on how I was treated. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Jimmy Howard came out on time and was extremely professional. I purchased the Angie's List deal because I knew I was having a mild leak on days when it rained a LOT. My biggest fear was that a simple tune up was going to be well less than I needed. Jimmy advised that the way the siding had been done around the chimney flashing was the problem, he did a quick fix up and advised that this should work but if not the flashing would need to be re-done. That may sound like bad news BUT it's not! The news was that the roof is otherwise in good shape and has a few more years of life left in it. Not to mention Jimmy's fix does appear to be spot on, there was a massive rain a few days later and the leak appears to have ceased. Thank you Jimmy Howard! I would certainly look to Atlanta Roofing Specialist for any roofing needs!

This provider check my roof and gave it a tune up. Additional service has been suggested and I plan to have the roof serviced after the holidays. The roofing specialist was very professional and arrived on time. Mr. Bishop was very well informed and helpful. He provided me with a quote for additional service on Dec. 1st and I plan to have the work done. Great company with great service!

Inspected roof - sealed vents. After that, two areas that were leaking were fine, but I had another.

I purchased the deal for a $99 roof inspection with $100 repair credit after discovering that we had a few leaks in our roof following a period of heavy rain. The inspector came out within about a week of purchasing the deal. He was very professional and honest and ultimately recommended three separate repairs (replacing chimney flashing, replacing a ridge vent, and replacing some shingles at a valley point on the roof line) We talked about the seriousness of the repairs and whether all of them were necessary given the age and health of the roof, and the inspector gave me honest feedback instead of trying to sell me on all the repairs. Ultimately I decided to have only the chimney flashing replaced (which also required replacing shingles and plywood under the shingles that had rotted due to water damage). It took about a week after placing my request for repair to get a call from the office to schedule the repair, and the earliest repair date they gave me was about three weeks after that (they said they had been very busy due to the recent rains). Ultimately, however, they called me about a week before the repair date telling me they could come early, and I did not need to be home for the repair. They came in the morning, and I went home at lunchtime to check on their progress. When I came home I discovered that the repair crew was actually doing all of the repairs that the inspector had quoted for me, not just the one that I ordered. When I called the supervisor to explain the situation, he told me not to worry, that there had a been a mix-up and that I would only be charged for the repair I requested. So in the end, I got some free roof repairs. The quality of the work was good, the people I dealt with were professional, and despite some delays in scheduling and the mistake by the repair crew, I had a very good experience and would use them again.

Everything went better than expected, because we were able to have the work done earlier than originally estimated.

After consultation with contractor my payment was refunded and am very satisfied dealing with an honest contractor

Unfortunately we are relocating and decided to not go forward with the service, but if we were not moving we would have used them.

They came and cleaned the gutters while I was at work. They called and scheduled a day and came when they said.
