Description of Work: Replaced our roofs, both the house and detached garage. We were pleased with every aspect of the service and workmanship. They did a much better job of cleaning up than we expected and avoided damaging anything.

Description of Work: Needed to have gutter guards topper taken down in order to have roof replacement job done and put back after the roof project was done. Called Atlanta Roofing Specialists company who said that they can do it, gave me a price that was reasonable and agreed on date and time to come out. They did a very good job of removing and putting back gutter guards in less than 30 minutes on each visit. Had to schedule a few times to return due to weather conditions but they got the job done. Description of Work: This company did over and above what I expected. They arrived on time, were very efficient through the day. Each worker knew what their job was and did it. They stayed until the job was done (14hours). I would sure use them again in a heart beat! By the way the roof looks great!

Description of Work: We were in need of a new roof and they worked with us on getting a timely estimate and one that was in line with the insurance replacement estimate. None of them were too busy to take the time to explain the details when asked. Jimmy explained at length what we needed to know and made us very comfortable in our decision to choose Atlanta Roofing Specialists, great guy! The work was done just as he explained and done on time, no mess when they left at job completion. Johnny oversaw the job and crew that did the work and let us know exactly what was going on and kept us informed. I have to also give a thumbs up to the guys doing the work, very professional and to their credit, no nails left behind! To Misty in the office that has worked with me to get the last of the information needed to finish out our claim with the insurance. Great job by all of them and we have a new roof with no leaks! |

Description of Work: They advertised that they did metal roofs but when I called they said they didn't. Then they gave me another company's phone number but that number was no longer a working number.

Description of Work: We have a flat roof on a patio home of approximately 2500 sq. ft. Because of the high cost, we only had one of three sections completely removed and replaced which covered about 900 sq. ft. We intend to replace the other two sections at a later time but that may run another $10-$12,000. They had a crew of 8 men come the first day and they worked about 12 hours. The second day, 3 of their crew came to finish the flat part and on the 3rd day two men came to install the flashing on the exterior ridges overlooking the gutters. They were extremely efficient, came on time and only took an hour lunch break. They did excellent work and we would use them again.

Investigated and described problem that I (an engineer) could comprehend why it had gone undiagnosed by others. Fixed promptly and no more leak. Have to wait to get Mark for estimate, but worth it

Description of Work: I signed a contract to have gutter guards put on my house. They came out 3wks. later on 1-31-13. They couldn't complete the end of the project as some clips were not the correct size. He said he would come back- I still haven't seen him and it is 2-21-13. They left my deck filthy- he said they forgot to bring a broom. I was sent a bill 4wks. ago before they had been here the last time. I realize some days have rained, but this is ridiculous.

Description of Work: I had 3 companies come out and give me estimates, one company was ridicously too much, another a little less. ARS had the best up front pricing so I went with them. They took extra care and made sure they did it right. I had a lot of rotted decking and they showed me pictures and replaced the wood, I was not gouged on the price. I love my new roof and it looks beautiful, I recommend ARS to everyone and will definitely use them for other projects when needed.
