Description of Work: Gutter repair. Came to my home fix the issue no more running water into home.

Description of Work: Had a few minor repairs made to roof. Looks like all the repairs were sound. Only real complaint was the lack of action/date after the initial estimate. However, I will note that the estimate was done right before Christmas. I attribute this to the holiday, but it would have at least been nice to tell me that they wouldn't schedule the repair until after New Year's.

Description of Work: Checked gutters for estimate. Only company that actually put up the ladder to inspect. They discovered that my roof needed an insurance repair.

Description of Work: I had a small leak; they came out, did the estimate, and were done with the repairs within a day. Very professional.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof on home. First day wprokers arrived on time, started removing orignal materials and replacing rotten or defective plywood. Due to bad weather and holiday they returned two days later and finished the work. New roof looks great and no leaks or problems since.

Description of Work: Initially there were communication problems. When this issue was resolved the actual work went very well. The crew who came out did a good job. The crew leader, Christian, was a very professional young man. Explained what had to be done and took photos of the job and I was able to get a set. |

Description of Work: Jimmy was my sales rep and he was awesome. Johnny was the super. Never met him as we kept missing each. The crew was polite and cleaned up very well. I wished more of them would have spoken better English. Over all I'd recommend them. The office staff is still working out the "new" phone system. Most the office staff were nice but some......not so much. Felt like I was interrupting something. Thanks again. Laura

Crew worked well together as a very exprianced team, area was cleaned well by all crew mwmbers before leaving jobsite. | |Rictor was great, friendy and professional. Would definitely recommend ARS for any roofing work needed.

Description of Work: Atlanta Roofing did not arrive nor did they contact us to advise us that they would not be able to keep the appointment. We contacted Atlanta Roofing but the office was closed so we left a message. They contacted us withing 24 hr and arranged a new date/time but had to cancel it due to rain and the morning of Monday, Oct 6th was scheduled but no one called to advise use of a time change. A work crew arrived after 5:30 p.m. The workers were nice but the it was dark when they finished and we were unable to see the quality of the repair. |It appears this company has little concern for our time and has issue would staying withing the time they coordinate. I will not use Atlanta Roofing in the future nor would I recommend this company.
