Description of Work: Replaced a roof vent. Very professional and very responsive. They came when they said they would and repaired the roof properly and finished the job quickly.

Description of Work: We chose Atlanta Roofing Specialists for a complete new roof with architectural shingles, ridge vent, Rhino Roof, and all the necessary work that goes with correcting a previously shoddy job. This company was outstanding from beginning to end! Our Sales contact, David Bishop, was very personable and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step of the process. And, he discussed all the available choices. He promised that his company would deliver a quality product and they did. The 4-man crew arrived at 7:00am and worked until 8:00pm for 2 days. They stopped only for lunch. They were quiet and never resorted to shouting and blasting loud music like some other roofing companies working in our neighborhood. The office called with appointment reminders and sent procedures via email. And the handout material, including contracts, was very impressive. I had to give them a B on Pricing, however, because their prices were higher than two other companies we checked out. The deciding factor was that they hand-nail all shingles and came so highly rated otherwise. I'm very glad we chose them! Thank You, ARS and David!

Description of Work: ARS replaced our entire roof, including 3-D architectural tiles and a new ridge-roof vent. We chose ARS over several roofing companies we spoke with because it was by far the most confidence-inspiring. Daniel Rutherford of ARS was down-to-earth, knowledgeable and professional on his visit. He presented an organized folio and walked through each document, answering my questions and even those I hadn't thought to ask. I never felt talked-down-to or left in the dark. He described what we could expect in the roofing and payment process. He went the extra mile in several ways, actually climbing up to get a good look at our roof, showing me pics of defects he came across and even putting a temporary fix to one defect that might cause a leak. He showed me which specific tile colors in a booklet were most similar to the ones he'd noticed on a quick drive around our neighborhood. One thing we liked was that ARS hand-nailed each tile securely, instead of using faster but less secure staples. Everyone we've met from ARS was pleasant and attentive, easy to work with. The roofing team left no mess behind after they were done. They even reset the cloth cover of our gazebo and arranged our patio furniture before leaving. We felt surprisingly comfortable and cared-for throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier with the results.
