Atlanta Roofing Specialists is a full service roofing contractor. We can handle all of your residential and commercial roofing needs, from the smallest repair to the largest roof, no job is too big or too small! Atlanta Roofing Specialists was incorporated in May of 1993 by Kevin King and Mark Rutherford. Prior to starting the company Kevin, who has a business degree from the university of West GA, had worked with an insurance repair contractor and had extensive knowledge of estimating and the "Business" side of the industry. Mark had served in the U.S. Army and worked in the industry installing roofs since 1987 and had learned that quality workmanship and attention to detail was the key to a successful business. Since then, ARS has grown to be one of the largest and most respected roofing contractors serving the metropolitan Atlanta area. We set the standards of quality that other companies can only hope to achieve. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality, most dependable service available. We work closely with each customer to assure all concerns are addressed and handled in a professional manner. We will earn your respect by meeting and exceeding your expectations. Description of Work: It took 2 weeks to get someone out to do an estimate, but when he arrived the inspection was done quickly and he provided detailed information on what needed to be repaired. Once the quote was accepted, it was less then a week until the repair was done. The work was done quickly and would definitely use them again for any future repair work.

Description of Work: I was very impressed that the owner of the business came to personally do the work when his employee failed to show up for our scheduled appointment and did not notify me. |The owner was very nice, did a good job on the work, spent much time talking to me about roof installation and repair, and was very apologetic for his employee's failure to show up. When it is time for the roof to be replaced, I will certainly call them again.

Description of Work: They repaired a roof leak. It took longer than I had hoped but they were upfront from the beginning that it would be a while before they could get to my job because of the unusually rainy weather we've been having. They had to extend the work date a couple of times due to weather, but were very good about keeping me informed ahead of time. I have no complaints about the quality of their work but don't know enough about it to judge.

Description of Work: The deal was $99 for complete home gutter cleaning. They did a good job. They came on time and exactly as scheduled. They were very professional and we had some rain delays and they called me immediately to reschedule. They were very nice. They also came back out and told us what the problem was with the downspouts.
