I paid a premium for an emergency call ($300), because I did not feel comfortable waiting for the 2 weeks that I was originally quoted. This emergency fee allowed for service on the same day that I called. I worked with Christy to set this up, and I checked with her periodically throughout the day to determine the estimated time of arrival. The crew contacted me when they were on their way to my house. They repaired the leak, due to blistered shingles, in about 20 minutes. The crew indicated that I needed to contact the manufacturer of the shingles to get reimbursement for the shingles because the shingles were blistering prematurely. I will follow up on this. I was pleased with the overall experience and would hire them again.

THE COMPANIES WORK WAS SUPERIOR, GOOD PRICES TOO, VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK FAST TOO. THEIR GOOD REPUTATION SHOWS THROUGH. THE MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE "CHANGE ORDER" SHEET WAS CLEARED UP IN 15 MINUTES.

The rep was early and was already on the roof when I arrived home for the appointment. He replaced the few shingles that had come off. He did not charge us for estimate because we already had some shingles. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the rep. I would definitely call them again.

There were initially some issues with the installation but they have really stepped up to the plate and resolved everything. Overall the roof looks great and it was a high quality job.

OVERALL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAD NAILED EVERYTHING DOWN. FIRST IT WAS THE FELTING, FLASHING, AND THEN THE SHINGLES. THEY ALWAYS TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY MANY QUESTIONS. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. THEY PUT NEW BOOTS ON. THEY MADE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE STORE. I ASKED THEM TO DO SOMETHING EXTRA, AND THEY WERE WILLING TO DO IT HAPPILY.

I called to have roof leak repaired and was told it would be nearly two weeks before this company could even send someone for an initial consult and inspection. Fine. So, after approximately two weeks, the inspector, at the last minute, called to cancel. After the inspector eventually looked at the roof, I never received the estimate, despite 5 phone calls over the course of a month -- and repeated promises from the company's representatives that the estimate would be forthcoming. A representative finally fessed up and admitted that he lost the estimate and needed to come back and inspect the roof -- in two weeks. Unacceptable. Needless to say, due to this extreme lack of professionalism, I declined to use this company's services.

ON TIME DID CALL FOR ONE-DELAY BUT DID CALL. VERY POLITE REQUESTED I CALL AFTER A RAIN CLEANED UP AREA & REMOVED DEBRIS, 2 YR WARRANTY, SENIOR DISCOUNT, COMPLETED WORK IN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME.

The appointment was confirmed by phone the day before and the rep was prompt. The repairs were done a few days later, and the repairman said the vent pipes weren't functional, so with my approval he removed them, patched the roof and shingled over it. I'm very satisfied with the results, and feel the price was reasonable.

Fast response to my initial inquiry, and scheduled convenient appointment time to inspect roof and prepare proposal. Salesperson was knowledgeable and did not oversell. Gave me a written proposal before he departed. Salespeople from two other companies took several days to return my call. One came out and promised to send a proposal the next day and never did. The other was almost double the price quoted by Atlanta Roofing Specialists.

They were very prompt and responsive when I called. Sent out David Bishop to give an estimate. He provided an estimate to replace the roof, but also gave me an estimate to do interim repairs until I was ready to replace the entire roof, which was what I did. This work was scheduled promptly, the crew came on time, performed work and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with how this was handled.

I called on a Thursday, and someone was out and did the work on Monday. I was very pleased since I was sure a small job might not be high on the priority list. The office staff kept me informed all along, and the reps were friendly and efficient when they arrived. They replaced the tiles and checked the rest of the roof for damage. In the process, they took a look at the leak and even though it wasn't roof related (a window was likely leaking) they advised me as to what it probably was and the type of company that could help me with that problem.

EXCELLENT WORK DONE VERY EFFICIENT. TOOK CARE OF THE COMPLETE TEAR OFF & REPLACEMENT IN ONE DAY.

WE CALLED THEM THIS SUMMER DURING THE HEAVY RAINS TO FIX A LEAK. THE SAME SPOT LEAKED TWICE AGAIN AFTER THE INITIAL REPAIR, AND EACH TIME THEY CAME BACK TO DEAL WITH IT AGAIN, AND DID NOT TRY TO CHARGE US EITHER TIME. THE REPAIRMAN WAS GENERALLY PROMPT OR CALLED TO NOTIFY US HE WOULD BE LATE. ULTIMATELY, AFTER THE THIRD TRY, THE LEAK SEEMS TO BE FIXED. I'M NOT SURE WHETHER THE FACT THAT IT TOOK 3 TRIES WAS DUE TO THE REPAIRMAN, OR THE CHARACTER OF THE PROBLEM.

VERY PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATE PROVIDED. REASONABLY PRICED. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR SCHEDULING AND CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION PROCESSES. OUR REPAIR WAS DELAYED AT LEAST 4 TIMES, DUE TO BAD WEATHER. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL ON THE DAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME OUT (WEATHER WAS GREAT THAT DAY). THE DAY THEY DID COME OUT THE CREW ARRIVED UNANNOUNCED TO DO THE REPAIR. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE, BUT WISHED WE HAD KNOWN ACTUALLY WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO PERFORM THE REPAIR.

THE SALESPERSON, MR. VIPOND, EXAMINED THE ROOF AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. DUE TO RAIN, THE CREW COULDN'T COME AS SCHEDULED, BUT THE COMPANY KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT THAT - I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO CALL THEM. THE CREW WAS VERY GOOD, THE SUPERVISOR INFORMED ME ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY, GOT THE JOB DONE IN 2 DAYS. THEY COVERED ALL THE SHRUBS WITH TARPS AND WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING. THEY LEFT MY YARD CLEAN AND WENT OVER THE PREMISES WITH BIG MAGNETS TO REMOVE ANY NAILS THAT HAD FALLEN. MR. VIPOND CAME BACK A WEEK LATER TO EXAMINE THE ROOF AND MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY BEFORE I PAID ANYTHING. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

OVERALL PRETTY PLEASED. I HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES AND THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE, I FOUND THEM INITIALLY WELL RECOMMENDED ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON CLEAN UP.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE REP WAS QUICK TO RESPOND, AND GAVE A FAIR ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDED A 2 YR. WARRANTY. HE WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSPECTION. THOUGH THE JOB REQUIRED SOME EXTRA PLYWOOD REPLACEMENT, THEY STAYED AT THE ESTIMATE QUOTED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THESE COMMENTS ARE RELATED TO INTERACTION PRIOR TO THE WORK. SINCE THE COMPANY KEPT CHANGING THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR NO REASON I DID NOT PROCEED WITH THE JOB. OVERALL DISAPPOINTED. THE PERSON I WAS CO-ORDINATING THIS JOB WAS VERY POLITE AND APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE MISTAKES AND PROMPT RETURNING THE CALLS BUT FAILED IN THE EXECUTION.

THEY HAD A THIRD PARTY COME IN AND DO AN INSPECTION OF THE ROOF AFTER COMPLETION. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THERE FOLLOW UP WAS GOOD AND SO THERE ATTENTION TO QUALITY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ATLANTA ROOFING. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID HAVE TO RETURN AFTER THE FIRST BIG RAIN TO CLOSE UP ONE SMALL AREA THAT NEEDED ADDITIONAL CAULKING. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE. EVEN THROUGH THE TWO RECENT HURRICANES. I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL THEM FOR FUTURE WORK AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO A CO-WORKER.

THEIR PRICE WAS 1/3 OF THE OTHER 2 ESTIMATES FOR THE JOB. THE OTHER ESTIMATES SPECIFIED THE SAME PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS THAT THEY USED. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT FOR THE ESTIMATE. AFTER I COMMITTED TO THE WORK, THE ''SCHEDULER'' DID NOT CALL TO SCHEDULE THE JOB. I HAD TO CALL THEM 3 TIMES BEFORE ANY ONE RETURNED MY CALL TO GET ON THE SCHEDULE. THEN, THEY CALLED TO RE-SCHEDULE ME. IT WAS 5 WEEKS FROM MY APPROVING THE JOB UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY THAT THE REPAIR FIT UNDER ONE SKYLIGHT. THEY RETURNED PROMPTLY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. OTHER THAN THE SCHEDULING SITUATION, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL ON THE JOB SITE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE AND AN ENTIRE LIST OF REFERENCES WITHOUT ME ASKING, WHICH I FOUND TO BE VERY GOOD.
