We called and scheduled an appointment for estimate to fix a leaky spot in our roof. It was obviously a time-sensitive issue, as we wanted it fixed before next rain. Atlanta Roofing Specialists scheduled David B. to come out on a Monday, but then they called and canceled. They rescheduled for David B to come out on Tuesday and no one showed up and they did not return our phone call. Obviously, this is not the type of company we want working on our home, so we did not pursue them for a third appointment.

These folks were wonderful. The gentleman that did the estimate was on-time, polite, and took digital pics of my roof issues to show me what the problem was and left me an estimate. They were within $30 to $70 of the other 2 estimates I received, but the others had add-ons they wanted to do too. I felt like the others were simply up-selling me on stuff I didn't need. Atlanta Roofing Specialists gained my trust quite frankly with the couple of folks I dealt with throughout the process.

We were given a very reasonable estimate, a list of references, proof of bonding, and an offer of 6 months same as cash financing. No one tried to up-sell us. The workers were efficient, courteous, and professional. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the price, which was on par with the estimate. Kevin King, the owner, came out and personally inspected the work after the job was completed. Outstanding job!

We called during a slow period. I got an estimate within 1 week of phone call. After we accepted the proposal, they kept us informed weekly of scheduled install date. Installation was within the month. Crews arrived early, worked until dusk and finished in 2 days. Clean up was good. There was a communication gap with the bay window roof, and that was not installed for almost another month although response was quick once it was called to the company's attention.

The work was performed well or at least it appears that way. The real quality will show after the first big rainstorm of course. Their front office needs to get their act together. The work was done weeks after the original scheduled date. The promised invoice was never sent to me before the inspection (this is what tells you how much money to bring or have available). The day of the final inspection, their office called me to tell me my roof was going to be installed that week.

Came early and fixed it in about 20 minutes.

We were very happy with the work. They were fast and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. hey hand nailed the shingles to the roof. They were great.

Overall the service was very good. ARS set an appointment a week from the day I called. David Bishop was the salesman who gave me the estimate. Although he called first, he was about 30 mins late. Once he showed up, he was professional and courteous. He walked me through the steps of roof replacement. He explained all the regular charges and about any additional charges for extra work (such as replacement of the roof decking). After I deciding on ARS, David worked with me to find the brand and color of shingle I wanted. We set a date to begin work a week from the date I signed the contract, however rain pushed the work back another week. When the work did begin, the men were polite and respectful. They completed the work in the 2 days I was told it would take. They were thorough in cleaning up after themselves, particularly given the debris that was created. My only complaint was the lack of communication when the work was delayed due to the rain.

Atlanta Roofing was professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, prompt, fair, great work, top notch. I would highly recommend them and will hire them again if I need roofing work.

They arrived precisely on time for the estimate and the job, and kept us informed throughout when they would be there. We have six skylights that all leaked since we bought the house and since our roof was replaced in August we have not had a single leak with the frequent heavy rains. Their very talented carpenters extended the roof overhang over a window and it looks like it was built with the house. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. They did a beautiful job.

EXCELLENT, AWESOME and FABULOUS.....The replaced a ridge cap and fixed the problem caused by a different roofing company. We have already called them to set up an estimate appointment for a new roof. I also called 5 other companies at the same time that I called Atlanta Roofing and two of them called back after the repair had already been made.

I picked this company because they had such a good report. On the whole I was pleased with the company and the work. The representative came promptly and was very knowledgeable about the problem. He did think the work could be started sooner than it was since the skylights ended up having to be ordered and the actual work took longer than expected. The people in the office and doing the work were very nice, polite and helpful. The skylights look great. My only criticism was that the first day they were suppose to show up, nobody came and I had to call to find out one of the workmen was sick and they couldn't do the job with one person. I felt they should have called to notify me so I wouldn't have bothered to cover everything under the skylights. The other problem was the workmen had to leave to go get supplies and left the skylight opening uncovered. Naturally, a bird flew in the house through the opening! They did help get it out. The company was very receptive to my concerns.

The crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. The estimator claimed it would take 1 day, but due to weather, the amount of boards/sheets being replaced, and the actual size of the job, it took 3 days, including much of a Saturday. I absolutely do not fault them for taking longer than 1 day, I just wanted a quality job which we got. The crew chief gave me his home phone number in case the tarp did not hold the rain off of the roof during the night.

No problems. Good, quality work. Worked continuously from project start until work was completed. I would absolutely use them again. Certainly one of the better values from all the estimates we received.

Lousy follow up after coming to see the work needed.

Nobody ever showed up. Fortunately, I did not pre-pay them, so the experience cost me nothing but some disappointment.

Punctual, worth the wait for the appointment if at all possible. Estimator came out with references, liability coverage etc.

Top notch professionals. Prompt, knowledgeable and quality work. They accommodated my request to expedite the job by rearranging their schedule without additional fees.

They are professional, courteous and helpful. The company called the day before to confirm the appointment. Chris Hill came to the house ahead of time. He inspected the roof and found the small leak problem within minutes. He made recommendations and told me it is something I can fix for few dollars. No fee charged. He also made other recommendations, replacing 4 plumbing boots and fixed some small items. I asked him to come back and have them fixed. Quote $285. Chris is a great guy. Honest and trustworthy. I will certainly call back asking them to do the work.

I was told it would be 2 weeks before someone could come and look at my roof for an estimate. They might be very good, or they are growing beyond their ability to keep-up. Either way it sounded business as usual to the person I spoke to.

ARS did an excellent job on our roof. The crew was on time and finished in two days with no problems. The clean-up was superb.

They answered the phone call right away, were courteous, and scheduled an appointment. David Bishop came to give me an estimate. He came an hour earlier than scheduled but had called to let me know that he was available to come earlier. The repair crew came when they were scheduled. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. Great experience!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate that was going to take 2 1/2 weeks to fulfill. In the meantime I found a roofer who could respond for an estimate in less than 24 hours. I since went with that roofer who did an excellent job at a fair price with great references and cancelled the appointment with ARS. They may be at the top of the list, but their scheduling is like trying to see a medical professional these days. Hurry up and wait.

The workmanship was very good, the crew was very nice, professional, friendly, and respectful. Ask for more detailed information about the explanation of the work from the salesman, that's my advice to you!
