This was the first time we had used their services. It went very well. They were accountable, dependable and consistent. When there was a problem, they came back to fix it. The price even came in lower than quoted. This is a real reputable company that has integrity.

3000 characters are not nearly enough to express our story. We contacted Atlanta Roofing Specialists after searching two well known rating sites for only the roofing companies with the absolute best reviews and highest ratings. Atlanta roofing had a couple of negative reviews early on that, in hindsight, we should have paid more attention to but didn't. Their deflection is masterful. The marketing of their ratings was used very effectively and they included printouts from both sites in their proposal. We looked at roofing companies for a full month and spoke with several very good ones but selected Atlanta Roofing mostly on their reputation from the rating sites. We paid a premium price and expected a high quality job. Obviously, most of their customers are happy and we would not have chosen them after a month of research if we had any idea that we would have any of the issues that we ended up having Atlanta Roofing Specialists. They were extremely disorganized and made multiple statements that they did not know to be true. They started out using the wrong felt. They told us it was the same and then they told us that the ShingleMate we ordered in our contract was unavailable. The supplies arrived with the material a few minutes later and it became obvious that neither of their statements were factual. We demanded that they replace the felt as noted in the agreement and they did. The supplies arrived late to the site and the dumpster was not delivered until the evening of the roofing job. We've seen lots of roof replacements in our neighborhood in the past two months due to storm damage but Atlanta Roofing Specialists had the absolute junkiest job site and worst job execution by far. Shingles piled everywhere all day because there was no dumpster. They dropped their shingle ladder lift and damaged our siding. The installers cut a 4+ inch section of our fascia off WITHOUT PERMISSION. The installers routinely stepped in our gutters and they damaged our gutters on the rear of the house. When we complained, one of their two job site supervisors was very condescending and rude to both me and my wife. We waited a month for this company (after signing the agreement) with high expectations. There were just too many problems. They are so quick to justify everything they do as correct and portray others as the problem. When they started the job, we held them in high regard. By the end, we just wanted them gone. They have portrayed us on other sites as "unrealistic and unreasonable" and "nearly impossible to please". It couldn't be further from the truth, but it just makes us want to work harder to ensure that as many people as possible hear our story, see the facts and show their true face. Their portrayal of others as confused or hard to please speaks volumes about them. They should suck it up and take responsibility and we would go away, but they resort to unprofessional jabs.

My experience with them was great. The guy came out and did a free estimate. Within not to long the roofers came out and replaced the shingles. It didn't take them long so I was happy with them.

They were a very professional outfit. They accommodated our schedule because my wife works at home and didn't want a lot of noise. They were on time and the job was done in a timely manner.

I called to obtain an estimate and Chris Hill arrived ahead of schedule which was perfect. The scheduling of the actual start was fine even though they could not give an exact date. They did inform us ahead of time of the week in which they would start to do the work. We preferred to have an actual start date so someone could be home to open the gate which is kept locked because of our pool. The workers arrived on time and were finished with the work in a day in and a half. They did an absolutely amazing job. The clean up was spectacular. We have a pool, hot tub and plants all in the back yard and you could never tell they were even here. The covered the pool and hot tub, moved the patio furniture. The washed everything when they were finished. The actual work appears to be of high quality. I can tell the difference already with the ridge vents. Our A/C does not seem to run as much and the house is easier to cool. I would highly recommend.

They were excellent. They were great with clean up. I did not even find one nail when they were finished. They even replaced parts of our gutters. The owner came out twice to do inspections, and the crew was excellent. They did everything they said they would do. The price was comparable to other companies. They always arrived on time. They had to come back to clean my siding and they followed through wonderfully. They have a very good checks and balances system to make sure everything was done correctly. They were very courteous and I really appreciated that. Jimmy Howard took the time to explain everything well and was very thorough.

Everything was good, except it took a little longer than the company said it would. The job was completed about 2-3 weeks after they said it would be.

Fantastic Service. Arrived just a few minutes late due to traffic but called ahead to notify me of delay. Very professional. Inspected entire roof. Located the source of the leak around a vent pipe and provided a written estimate. Since it was a small job able to add on to a lighter day. Normally they are booked for a couple weeks in advance but able to repair in less than that. Cost was exactly what was quoted. We will definitely use them when we need a new roof in a couple of years.

OUTSTANDING. The crew was on time each day and worked until the last possible minute of the two/three day process. They took special care to cover our pool, which is very close to the rear of the house, and kept it free from roofing debris throughout the project. We opted for the upgrade to a 30 yr. architectural shingle and the addition of ridge venting. We could not be happier with these choices. They didn't try to sell us these upgrades; I just wanted a better looking roof and they had a great selection of shingle styles and colors. The team did a great job cutting and installing the ridge vents into our roof; this additional ventilation has significantly reduced the heat built up in the attic during the summer months. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof at a good price.

I got 6 other quotes and met on-site with 3 of them, then summarized + compared all the info from the written quotes, literature and what they told me (different types of ridge vents, flat roof/valley underlayment, hand-nailed vs. airgun, warranties, insurance, etc.). I was very impressed with what I had initially heard from several reps and decided to call a couple back to run through some questions, starting with ARS who had given me the apparent best price. Chris Hill of ARS really impressed me with his knowledge of roofing products and processes as well as his straight answers and complete lack of pressure tactics. Based on this and ARS's winning price quote I decided to use them for the roof, and after similar research and price comparisons for gutter and chimney cap replacements as well as fascia repairs. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of their work and highly recommend them. Chris Hill is a very knowledgable, responsive and honest, professional, ask for him.

The are awesome! They are very quick and reasonable with their rates. Sometimes it's really hard to get a company to do a small job and have it done in a short amount of time. They are a good company to call.

The salesman was Chris Hill. He was honest, accessible, and informative. He made excellent recommendations, which saved me money and resulted in a better outcome. The crew installed the roof in mid-August during record-setting heat (over 100 degrees). They were very polite, very professional, and very hard-working. They did the whole job in a little over one day. I was very satisfied.

Since the installation, there has been one heavy rain, and the gutters worked great. The gutter covers were very slick. They captured all the water, but kept pine needles and debris out of the gutters.

Originally I hired Atlanta because they had the best bid however they turned out to be professional, friendly and efficient as well. They definitely know roofing and their work was superb, I was very impressed.

It was very hard to get a hold of them and when they arrived to do the job, they were late. They were however excellent in their work and were extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the ending result.

He worked very quickly and the work he did was good. The job was done the same day and he charged a competitive price. He cleaned up very well and I didn't find any material or nails in my yard.

My roof looks fantastic, what a great job done. The men were fast and entertaining and they seemed to have fun with their work. They sent a big crew out to do the work. I really liked the fact that they don't use nail guns but actually hammered the nails in as nail guns can damage a roof.

I thought that this company really did an all out fantastic job. The workers kept us informed the whole time and found a few problems that we didn't realize beforehand. They were very pleasant to have around and did the job pretty quickly as well. So we were really happy with the whole outcome.

The roofing crew arrived at 6:30 a.m. and worked steadily until the job was completed around 7:00 p.m. They left the area spotless, the cleanup was perfect as there were no pieces of old roofing or nails left behind. I have the highest praise for the entire crew.

My experience started a little slow as the sales rep was bidding several jobs and had to reschedule my appointment by a day. Also, once I advised them I was accepting their proposal, I didnt hear from them as to an approximate installation date and had to call them. (I did get a letter in the mail the same day.) BUT, once their crew arrived, there was no holding them back. They swarmed all over, covering bushes, plants, grass, etc with a tarp and then proceeded to remove the existing roofing, damaged decking and started right in with the new materials. The overall process took about a half a day longer than they planned, but my roof has a number of peaks and valleys and one area of water damage was in a valley which is difficult to reach and they had to really expend some effort to repair that spot. After job cleanup was excellent, except for one roofing nail (gravel driveway), but they reimbursed me for the tire repair. All things considered - NO COMPLAINTS!!

This company had put in some skylights for me and did a great job, so when I noticed a stain on the bathroom ceiling, I called them. I was in a panic because the house was on the market and I needed to get it fixed before the house was shown. Even though it was a tiny job, they came quickly to evaluate the problem and fixed it very quickly. I really appreciated their working with me and being so helpful.

Chris was the salesman who came out to give us the estimate. He was very professional and helpful, even going as far as helping our insurance claims guy do the insurance estimate. He was very prompt in getting the paperwork done. We had ISSUES with the insurance people which held things up, but Atlanta Roofing was very good on their end of it. The guys came out and did the roof in one day. We needed some plywood for repairs, and they even did their best to cut the sheets in the most economical way to do the repairs. They cleaned up all the trash and nails and hauled it away in a truck. We did not have to deal with having a dumpster on the property and we were very pleased about that. Chris came back about two weeks later for the final inspection and to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They were not the least expensive estimate we had, but Chris was so helpful that we went with that company anyway.

My husband called to schedule the appointment a month ago. They called and said that it could be done and they would call back when they could get us on the books. Nearly a month later they called to schedule us for Tuesday. They called back the next day to confirm the color of the gutter. Tuesday came and went and no one showed up or called. I called their number and got an answering service and left a message. I called again Wednesday morning about ten minutes after 8 and got the answering service again. At 10 minutes after 9 I still had no returned call so I called again. I was assured that the crew would be at my home that day but no explanation about why they didnt show up the day before. After several more calls the crew did show up around 4:30 that afternoon. The work took 20 minutes and they were done. Overall, I wasnt impressed with the punctuality or communication. The work itself was fine.

We noticed several water stains on the ceiling. Turns out we had severe hail damage from a storm about 4 years earlier and were just now noticing it. Two other companies came out and quoted. One said, insurance wouldn't cover it. Other quotes were similar or higher than this one. This company said to report it, and insurance did cover most of it. Our rep provided a detailed quote, helped with insurance, provided references, and kept us informed of the progress and installation. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after leaving, and we couldn't be happier with the roof. We would highly recommend them.
