This company did good work. They did have to come back for a minor problem around the metal chimney. Basically, they have to reseal the area. However, everything has been fine since then.

Based on my first experience, I had high expectations for the new roof. However, I ended up disappointed. Nail pops appeared in my ceilings. I had to hire a separate company to plaster and repaint virtually all of my ceilings. Atlanta Roofing Specialists didn’t work with me at all. They said that the crew who had worked on my home wasn’t used to it's structure. Also, the crew didn’t pick up well. My neighbors got flat tires in the following weeks. Needless to say, I wasn’t pleased with them. Also, the owner refused to speak with me directly. I had to deal with the office staff.

I think they were great! They were very efficient, and the job was completed quickly. I have no complaints.

Atlanta Roofing Specialists is absolutely great! I think the price for the work was wonderful. They cleaned up thoroughly; I couldn’t tell that they had been at my home. Also, they were reliable and efficient. I found them to be extremely professional, and I highly recommend them.

Atlanta Roofing replaced my parents' roof, and when I mentioned getting mine replaced, my dad highly recommended them. I had them come out and provide a quote with two other companies. Atlanta Roofing was not the cheapest, but they were only $500 more expensive than the lowest bid, not enough to overcome a personal recommendation. Atlanta Roofing had to remove 2 sets of shingles and replace 10 sheets of plywood on a one-story garage and two-story house. Also installed ridge vent and removed old power vents. They also replaced the siding on our chimney. Kevin was very easy to work with, and he stood behind his work. I liked the payment terms as well - they told me that my final payment wasn't due until after I signed off on the final inspection. During the final inspection, I showed Kevin a couple of minor problems, he pulled down his ladder and just hopped up on the roof and fixed them himself. A few months later I noticed another issue: the fascia seemed to be coming loose on a short section of the roof. It wasn't easy to see from the ground, but when I climbed up to get a closer look, it appeared that the installation of some plywood caused the problems with the fascia. I called Atlanta Roofing and they sent somebody out to take care of the problem without any discussion or questions. Finally, Atlanta Roofing performed an excellent job cleaning up the site after they finished working. To date (~5 months), I haven't found a single nail that was left behind. We have two dogs who spend lots of time outside, so their dedication to cleaning up after the work was a very gratifying experience. Overall, definitely recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

They nailed all the shingles and it was not machine nails but was hand nails. They were very responsive to my requests and concerns. There were times when I had questions and I was able to get a hold of the sales person even in the evening and he would return my call at the end of the day. They did a very good job because after they put the roof on, which was towards the end of May or June, we had a flood that September, and we did not have any qualms with the water. I know they did a very good job. The crew came and worked in a timely manner. They came thoroughly every day and worked efficiently. We did get a dumpster for all the old roofing materials and they made sure that the dumpster was out of our driveway within a day or two. I actually went ahead and got bids from five different roofing companies and Atlanta Roofing Specialists gave me the best price. Some of them didn't even give me a price because they wanted my insurance company first. They did deal with my concerns rather quickly. I do have a two year warranty on the work, so I would definitely use them. If I had to do it all over again and choose them, I would use them.

Our roof was damaged due to hail storms and we had the same replaced by Atlanta Roofing Specialists. They were recommended by our friends. They were very good in their job. They came in a week?s time, estimated the work and resumed the same too. They co-operated and responded well to our insurance company, as the damage was covered in our insurance. They completed the project very soon. I will surely use their services in the future.

They did the roof in 2 days - because of shoddy work on a previous roof replacement, the roofers had to replace roughly half the 4x8's. Crews worked hard, started a bit too early for the comfort of my neighbors, but put in 12+ hours days and got it done. After about 2-3 weeks, supervisor came by and did a walk around / inspection and asked if I'd any leaks or concerns. Overall, a great experience with them.

A representative of the company came to my house, inspected the roof, and provided me with an estimate. The estimate was clearly written, detailed, and I did not pay a penny more than was listed. Three workers showed up at 6:20 am and the job was completed by 7:30 pm. The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up after they finished. Two very minor complaints: 1) they said that the crew would start sometime between 7-9 am and they actually showed up at 6:20 am; 2) they said that their scheduling was such that they would schedule me approximately one week ahead of time (instead I was called in the afternoon and informed that they would start in the morning). These two compliants were very minor and I have already recommended this company to my neighbors. They are a very professional company and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Worst possible service I've ever experienced. They were very responsive and quick to come out and look at the roof - they scheduled an appointment 24 hours after first call and arrived approximately January 20. They said someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. After 7 days, I contacted them and was advised I had to sign the order before I could be scheduled. I had signed the order the day they came to look at the roof. She advised she'd have to call me back. She called me back on approximately Jan 27 and advised my repair was scheduled for Feb 12. I called her back and asked for an earlier date and explained that I was trying to put my house on the market and inside repairs and painting were dependant on the outside repair. I was advised "someone" would call me back - never heard from anyone so on Feb 11 I called to confirm the appointment on the 12th. I was advised I had been rescheduled to the 15th. Again asked for a call back - never got a call back. The job was rescheduled once more and finally completed later the week of Feb 15. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a positive experience with them but was unable to hire them at this point. They investigated my needs for a current roof leak. They were able to identify and advise me of what I needed to have done. Their recommendation included a written estimate and a digital phone of the necessary work. They also followed up with an email. The response was positive and professional. When I can do the work, I'll call them.

After the job was done, we still had water getting into our attic. I called the company and, despite having waited 6 weeks for the first repair and having already paid for the repair, was told that I needed to wait until "they were back in our area again." It took a week of daily calls for them to prioritize our project and have someone come out to diagnose the problem. And on the day the person was to come and take a look, they never showed up and I didn't get a call to say that he was sick (I had to call and ask why no one showed up after I waited around all day). When he finally did come the next day I found out they had replaced the wrong valley on the roof and they didn't know when a crew would be available to come fix it. I called and complained again and they finally sent a crew out. After all of that, the roof was fixed properly and we have had no problems with further leaking. However, I don't think that I should have had to call so many times for them to come out and fix the problem. As a result, I don't think we will use them again.
