Had a couple of people attempt to fix this leak on a 12/12 roof, including myself. These guys came out and fixed it in a couple minutes. 500$ minimum charge but they handled it no prob.

When I called them, I told them what I needed to have done and it was not a full siding job. It was not even full side of our house. We just needed basically like a column replaced and I don't guess my message was conveyed. The receptionist I spoke with and the appointment setter did not convey the message correctly with the person that came out because he was quite disappointed when he arrived at my home to find that it was a really small job. I think he was a roofer and he took pictures of this, and siding was not his area of expertise, and he would pass the information on to whoever handled it. We actually had to reach out for them for more information and the estimate they gave us initially was much more than our insurance company had allotted us. I told the insurance company and she said our adjuster needs to speak with them so they can justify the additional money and if they can come to an agreement then it's okay. She would call them and it probably took well over a month for them to get back to her. They ended up having to send someone else out to look at the house again. I think the second person they sent was the owner. At this point we had estimates from other roofers and we just wanted to get it done so we ended up going with them. The quality of the work and what they did was fine, but it was just a long process. Part of it was because all the roofers in our area were very busy and this particular job was small and we just kept getting put on the back corner. They will say our appointment is next Wednesday and they will call the day before to let us know that they were coming, and a day before the appointment, I would have to call them and they say something came up and that they were behind another job. It's going to be 5 more days so it was kind of hard to coordinate with them so someone had to take off from work to be home. They were telling us at the last minute when they were going to show up and when they finally do come out the day we thought they were going to do work, he came out to give us a sample of the siding that we had. We kind of took off work for that and then we had to take another day off for them to do the actual work. The job they did was fine. I just felt we were very uncomfortable having to chase people for their business.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They were efficient. They came in and did the whole thing and adjusted the price for the additional footage. They were done within the time frame they said they would be. I liked the way they responded to setting it up and getting out here and getting it done.

Atlanta Roofing arrived on time finished most of work on first day, due to weather and holiday finished work on Friday. They did a good job but workers were not able to speak English.

I received four estimates and they were oen of two companies in the middle. We already had an idea of what was wrong with the roof fron speaking with different providers. We have a stone house and needed a provider that could do the job right. They were honest and upfront. They came with a crew of 6 or 7 guys, they worked efficiently and finished in 2-3 days.

We had an extremely tricky roof leak that was difficult to pinpoint. Johnny with ARS came out on a holiday and spent a couple of hours (in the rain) trying to remedy the issue. He ended up replacing a shingle, which did not fix the problem. Over the next couple of weeks, Johnny returned, once with the owner of the company, as they crawled all over our roof, and also spent time in our attic, trying to ferret out the source of the leak. Since they were unable at the time to do so, they needed to replace the whole back slope. After getting all the shingles off, they finally found the source, which they were able to repair. All in all, it was a very good experience, and we were very pleased with this company's diligence and work.

The good: I was very impressed with the professionalism in which they conducted the estimate, initially kept in contact, informed me of when the repairs would be made, and showed up when they promised. The not so good: About a week after the repairs were made, I was up in attic on a rainy morning before Thanksgiving and noticed a substantial leak at one of the roof stacks they were suppose to have repaired resulting in wet insulation and a stained ceiling in one of the bedrooms below. Thank heaven I was home and noticed it or the damage would have been much worse! I called ARS and they sent someone out promptly who climbed up on the roof in the rain and stopped the leak temporarily. A week or so later, they made permanent repairs and partially refunded my money. I would have given them a better review, except I had to follow up after the temporary repair to get them to come out and make the permanent repair. I also had to call in order for them to send my check for repair reimbursement. I would have appreciated the owner or manager calling me instead of me having to call them to make things right. Despite these problems, I would probably consider using them again. Mistakes happen and they did take care of it promptly (with my reminders).

They did an excellent job. My gutters were cleaned and all of the material was removed from the site. They manufactured the covers for our gutters on site and installed the leaf covers the same day. The work started on time and finished on time, I was pleased with all of the work The installers made some minor repairs to the gutters as the installed the leaf guards. The gutters on my house were considerable larger in liner distance than the deal advertised on Angie's list, however the additional amount was charged at the same rate. The installed gutter covers look great. They match the gutters and blend in with the roof. My rating in punctuality goes to the incredibly long time it took to schedule the work. .It took months from the time I purchased the deal until the work was completed. The process required me to initiate communications all along the way. In retrospect, I should have called them more often and I should have been a little more aggressive with the schedule. I recommend ARS for this kind of work. They do and excellent job, a job I am very pleased with. I would also recommend that you can expect to take the lead on all contact. When dates are scheduled call to insure the dates and time are still solid. Expect a lead time of two or more weeks before you can get an estimator to measure your gutters and negotiate a contract. Then expect another two weeks before the installers arrive. You will be pleased with the final product. The excellent product and the excellent installation was worth the wait. I also think ARS provide excellent value.

The workers did a good job. The tops provided work well and I do no have to have my gutters cleaned. Existing gutters were not damaged during the installation. They ran short of materials in the color I selected which delayed completion of the job. The only negative was there was debris left around the house, and I had to prompt them to come back and finish clean up to my satisfaction.

Things went exceptionaly well. The job foreman had to handle relationships with adjoining building owners and did a masterful job. Their comment was that "he was a pleasure to work with". I agree. ARS even went beyond the contractual scope of the project in patching pre-existing stocco damage not related to the roof. Great attention to the fine points of the job.

Terrific! Couldn't be happier. Owner, Kevin, was most helpful. I thought I was ordering gutters, not just gutter covers. Kevin helped me through my error, all went well. We agreed on a price for the correct needs I had. The 2 man crew installed everything on 11/14/13. Joseya (hope my name spelling is correct) and George were fast & efficient. Joseya was so very helpful, his English was articulate, very polite, eager to please, eager to address my concerns. I also asked Joseya just to eyeball my roof while he was on the ladders, to be sure shingles etc. looked OK (still finding a lot of nails after a few years). He was most accommodating. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism when they come out to quote. I did get other quotes, and they were a little higher. However the warrenty was much better than the lower estimate, and I felt the work was going to be superior as well. After the inspection, I am very happy with the work that was done, and I will absolutly use them for any other work I have done

I got gutter covers and additional downspouts to handle runoff. They were prompt, professional and the price was almost half of what others were going to charge me. With all the rain and leaves falling since then, it's one area of my house I don't worry about anymore.

Scheduling estimate was simple. I became ill on the appt date and went to doctor so I arrived home about 20 mins after the appt time. I apologized, explained what happened and was ready to proceed with the inspection for estimate. To my surprise, he hands me a completed bid proposal. Odd because I had just arrived home and I didn't get a call that anyone was at my home or at the very least that someone would be climbing on my roof. My truck was in my driveway so one would assume someone was at home and I think would call the homeowner if the door went unanswered. Maybe this is how it is done but the other roofing companies knocked and/or called to alert me before stepping onto my roof or going into my backyard gate (which has a lock on it but was unlocked (with the lock still hanging on the latch) for my landscaper, the only individual or company that I allow access to my home or backyard when I'm not there). Not even the pest control company gets back there unless I'm home. With the landscaper it's always the same guy (owner) and with pest company it's always a different guy which is why I treat each company differently in regards to access. Maybe I'm overly cautious but I appreciate companies and people that respect boundaries. Additionally, the bid was MUCH higher than any of my neighbors paid to have their roofs replaced. (Yes, the exterior of all the houses are pretty much the same "cookie cutter" and must look the same per the HOA) The "C" grade is "fair" and based on the AL rating scale I think that's a fair assessment.

Seven years later, we are so happy that we chose Atlanta Roofing Specialists. They did an excellent job and the roof looked spectacular. We had a 10 year warranty, and had recently called them back for a ceiling leak. (Unfortunately, it was a section of the roof that we decided not have done back then--trying to save a few bucks but now wish we didn't.) They came promptly after the call (which is amazing to me for a free warranty call.) I chose them 7 years ago after being scammed by a roofer who had the lowest price but showed he was a member of BBB, all kinds of roofing association awards, etc. on his letterhead. Several months later we had leaks and I could not reach them . I called BBB, and they were NOT members. PLEASE do your research before hiring roofers. The fact that Atlanta Roofing Specialists still come out and honor their 10 year warranty is a huge plus and worth the money. I would highly recommend them! And for the younger homeowners, please remember that this is a huge expense, but should be a one time expense for a long time. If you don't choose right, it may be a two or three time expense during your homeownership. Better to get the best company upfront. Live and learn!

Three teams were assigned, order of work had to be coordinated, roof, fascia and soffit, then gutters. Due to all of the rain the work was delayed often but, we received updates weekly or more. Teams were on time, respectful, friendly, responsive to questions and work was competitively priced.

It took a day and 1/2 to complete the new roof. They worked continuously till sun down both days. Rictor our salesperson made the final inspection everything was good. I would definitely reconnect them.

They were responsive and professional. They followed up with their work to make sure everything was up to my standards.

My experience overall went very well. They did excellent job. They also had to re-deck as well. The pricing was a little high, but the quality of work was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were highly knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend them to others.

I used this company to replace the shingles on my previous home and was very satisfied (approx 8 years ago) The estimator was knowledgeable, the bid was competitive, but in the end I used another roofer because I wanted insulation blown in to the rafters while the shingles were being replaced. This company did not offer that service.

They were extremely professional. They did an excellent job.

They gave me the best price. It took about 3-4 weeks to get an appointment scheduled due to some storms in the area. Once they were able to get out here, they did a very good quality job.

It went well, but even they said $250 is a lot for one tile, but that's their flat fee to come out for anything.

The roof is small since it's a two bed house. They came early in the morning and finish the job in 1 day. Very clean and nice done. You are not required to pay when they come. They have you a quote first and if there are any extra work during demo like replace bad decking or some special flashing, they will call you and let you know the cost and after you signed the Change order, they then continue the work. Very clean and no hidden fee. You won't pay until job done and they sent inspector walk with you couple days later. Although they may charge little higher than other service, I think the ease and peaceful experience worth the money
