Received and made plans for provider to come out to do an estimate and install a downspout. Send provider pictures, information, provider came out and I had to make contact two days later to find out status. After calling provider, I was told someone else would be contacting me. Received an e-mail a next day with an estimate for $454.00 without having to talk to someone about the job nor explanation about the value of the voucher at that point. This voucher was simply use as a referral. Never received a follow up.

Great, honest reliable company.

I called them to schedule the appointment for the gutter cleaning. They informed me that this deal was only for one story homes and would not apply to my two story home. I am just requesting a refund on this service. They were courteous and professional on the phone.

They were fantastic. I had received 6 different estimates and they gave me the best one. They were great.

The service went really well. I would use them again.

Atlanta Roofing Specialist did not show up at their scheduled time to provide me with an estimate to repair my roof. I called Atlanta Roofing Specialist to schedule one of their employees to come to my house and provide me with an estimate. Unfortunately, they were a "no show." The employee never came out to look at my roof and give me an estimate. Nor did I receive a phone call from the company to tell me that their employee was not going to show up. To make things worse, my appointment was scheduled for later in the day, so their office was closed when I called to ask where their employee was. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from an "A-rated" company on Angie's list. The fact that they cannot honor their commitments to provide me an estimate also makes me question their overall work product. Buyer beware.

Repairman agreed to come at fixed time but was ahead of schedule. Consequently, he called and made repair before I arrived home. The repairman was professional over the phone but no sure if I received the full value of the stated deal.

They came out in a timely manner, very friendly and easy to work with.

I emailed the company on 8/26 and I received an email the same day advising me that someone would contact me for scheduling. Unfortunately, no one ever did,

Called and they told me what it would cost to do it. They told me up front, I couldn’t spend $5000.00 . I called them back to see if they could do a black circular awning, they said they couldn’t and refered me to a different company who I am going to have do the awning.

I repeatedly called and attempt to contact the contractor. They would apologize but then would not come when they said they would. I have lost count of the apts that were made and not kept by them. The company response is not true and obviously have me confused with another customer. To date, the owner/manager have not call to remedy or understand what the problems were. Simply, the people kept making excuses for when they didn't show up and when they didn't follow up on phone calls. I've called this company at least a half-dozen times and each time I called there was always an excuse, an apology, but the issues kept continuing. They were obvious too busy to care.

However, Mark Rutherford was very knowledgeable and I appreciate his honesty.

This was a great experience from the beginning! They not only did what they said they would, but did it better than I would have imagined. They showed up on time worked all day with each worker knowing their job and did it well. They worked 14 hours to get it done, and never rushed just to finish the job. I would call them back in a heart beat!

I was extremely pleased with the service. They were prompt and professional. The gutter guards are actually working.

Atl Roofing made recommendations for our roof and discussed any damage they found after removing shingles. We have a contemporary style home and found out there was no plywood only felt on the main roof. Kevin King suggested we insulate in addition to putting on plywood and felt. It cost extra but in the long run it has saved us a great deal on HVA/c costs. They were extremely professional and responded immediately when we thought we had a leak. It turned out not to be the roof but siding and they repaired the issue at no cost even though it was not a roof issue. They were not the cheapest company we consulted but we believed they were the most honest and upfront. Kevin King one of the owners, even returned to our house to answer questions before we had signed the contract.

Rictor provided an accurate quote. Two workmen arrived on time. Were courteous and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner. They even fixed a few troublesome shingles free of charge. Cleaned up after themselves. Final bill was a little less than quote.

I think the job went well. They are very professional and I was pleased overall.

We had some damage in our roof from where we had a tree and some other things removed so they came out and gave us an estimate for that. Then, we approved the work order and they scheduled us in within a couple of weeks and they told us that they had a cancellation so they actually came earlier. They did all the work and we had a followup call from them to see if we were satisfied and we were. It was a great experience but I was out of town when they did it.

It went perfectly as scheduled. They called and let me know the time and day the work was to be done. It was freezing cold and the workers kept on all day tip the job was finished.

It was great they showed up! They did the work they promised, cleaned up and my roof does not leak, can't ask for more than that. I will definitely call them first for roof work in the future.

Scheduling was a little rough and I had to call several times since they did not keep me in the loop. They did not clean up as well as I would have liked. I did feel it was a good deal and it saved me money in the long run.

Not too long after accepting an Angie's deal on this job, I had one visit from one person who looked at my existing gutters, determined that of two choices of gutter guards Rhino was the best for the low-sloping roof I had, and who wrote up the proposal (prepaid through the Angie's deal). It took a while before the job could get started because of the unusual snow and ice we experienced afterwards. When the two installers showed up it took them only two hours to clean the gutters, seal the seams, and install my gutter guards, and the crew leader, a friendly guy, told me, upon departing, that he had done this kind of work for 16 years, and that in the course of his work for me he had found, in one location, 5-inch screws holding (and squeezing) the 6-inch gutters where there should have been 6-inch screws and had replaced them all with 6-inch screws. I found that a very commendable initiative on his part. The gutter guards have a shiny chrome-like finish, which surprised me at first, but they can't be seen from the ground, and they seem pretty effective.

Their estimates was the second highest of the three bids I got, although they came very highly rated. They were excellent to deal with and their bid was very detailed. I just decided to go with another service provider due to the price.

Good job, on time, cleaned up and came back to check the roof about 2 weeks later.
