I cannot recommend Atlanta Ram Jack. They installed 8 helical jack supports but there was zero lift, zero closure of gaps to the house and they destroyed my landscaping, left a mess. To be fair, they do not "guarantee" lift but I really have nothing to show for the investment except the demolished landscaping. I believe the jacks were under-sized for the project. They claim that the porch was pulling further away as they lifted but that is not the case at all. Their resolution was to reduce the invoice by 1.78% to cover landscaping mess?!? I asked to have them come back and make improvements but they have been very unresponsive and uncooperative.

Ram Jack came out about a year ago to install supports on my foundation. I had a warranty issue and needed them to come out and fix work they already did. It is now 3 months later, The warranty rep came out after two months of repeated calls and agreed they need to fix the issue. Now I am still waiting on Ram Jack to actually own up and honor their warranty. It has been very frustrating. There does not seem to be any sense of urgency to make sure I am a happy customer.

The service went well. Three technicians came out and completed the job in about 8 hours. They had to take out concrete, drill a hole and level it off. They were great with the cleanup after the job. They were also professional and efficient workers. It was very easy to schedule with the company. They also had the best pricing with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend this company to others.
