Atlanta Clean Team

Description of Work: I purchased a 4 hour cleaning from Atlanta Clean Team throug Living Social, Atlanta, in June of 2011 and made a request for an appointment for December 15, 2011. I was asked to complete an application online which was inhformation about my home. I catagorized my cleaning as a "deep cleaning" and added on 30 minutes extra for $10.00 and had to pre-pay an 18% gratuity OF THE PRE-DISCOUNTED RATE + SALES TAX. I was not advised what the pre-discounted rate was. When I submitted my appointment request for an appointment date, I was told I would received a confirmation within 48 hours. One week later I emailed, since the date was approaching and no response. No where on their website was a phone number to call, so I called Living Social, explained the situation, she apoligized and gave me a cell phone. This turned out to be a co-owner who first said they did not go outside the Perimeter (I was in Marietta) but of course, they had taken my money and their application said they would go outside the perimeter on request. She said she would call the owner and have her call me. A couple of hours later, I received an email confirmation of my appointment on my requested date within a time block of 8:00 to 1:00. One employee arrived at 8:00 and said she thought the 4 hour + 30 minutes extra dusting would be enough. Got a text from her at 12:48 as she was leaving.
