Artisan Custom Closets

It was an excellent experience!! We received an email with the design the next day. We couldn't decide from the diagrams, so we drove up to the showroom. After seeing the systems for ourselves we decided and placed the order. It was ready and installed in the amount of time promised. The installers worked quickly and efficiently no the job was finished in less time than first anticipated. I would use Alley Sandy and Artisan Custom Closets again with no hesitation!

It went great. Alley Sandy was our designer and she was wonderful. She made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail to meet our needs and maximize the efficiency of our space. I had asked her about the hangers they had in their shop displays, and she even texted me a month after our install to tell me she saw them on sale. Great service! I'd definitely recommend them and will probably be calling them again for our other closets.

Dana came out to my house and looked at my master closet and pantry. Then we looked at samples and different options. She very promptly emailed me design plans with different options included. After I made a decision we met, made a small change to the pantry design, selected hardware, signed the contract and paid. The installers arrived right on the dot, were professional and got right to work. The installation went great and the cabinets are beautiful. The whole job, from beginning to end, went smoothly and I experienced no problems. Great customer service by the way!

They really did a great job. The designer worked with us closely to put together a great design. The installers were EXACTLY on time were extremely courteous. We even made a last-minute change to the hardware (day of the install), and they worked with us to have it fixed in 72 hours.

The woman that we dealt with knew that I was in a hurry and was very accommodating. They were great to deal with! They tried hard to fit us into their schedule, but were unable to do so. We ended up hiring someone else for the job only because we had needed the job sooner than they could complete it.

I recently purchased a new house, and have had to deal with a multitude of people selling me stuff. I have to say that Miss Leslie is an awesome salesperson. Rather than selling me a product she took the time to figure out what my needs were and customize her product to me. This made me choose Artisan over others I got estimates from, even if the price was a bit higher. There was plenty of communication leading up to the install, and the install crew was great - punctual, quick, and clean. The end result was beyond my expectations. The bathroom cabinets are a perfect match (I call it espresso, they call is chocolate apple - came out awesome) and they even included cubbies under the cabinets that I wanted in order to store rolled-up towels. Miss Leslie included pull-out hampers with washable canvas bags in them in the master closet, and they are my favorite part (she figured out that I am a bit OCD about sorting my laundry and came up with the perfect solution). I have at least double the storage now than I did before, and it is so much better than the wire shelving the builder put in. Thanks!

They professionalism and price stood out.

The design process seemed good. Sales person was responsive to desires and needs. Installer was good, thorough. Cleaned up well after the process. What the real issue was the communication within the company. The sales person explained how it should go in their mind. Since I was enlarging the opening into the closet space the sales person said that the final product would be trimmed out. The installer came, said no trim was ordered and that they don't normally trim this type of installation. Their trim is crown molding for the free standing cabinets. The installer went to a big box store to buy trim and installed it. The finished product is nice. But not sure that I would use them again. A few days later, after another phone call with the sales person, an installer was sent out to correct the trim issue. I ended up installing a base molding myself.

They did as they promised, when they promised. No issue to handle a few minor changes too.

Teresa from Artisan came out twice to help me with the design -- the second time to amend the design and go over my choices. Everyone was very professional and my closet looks great... and as soon as I finish loading it back up I know it will also be very organized! There were cheaper options out there but I felt like the level of service was better at Artisan.

We met with a designer and we went over what my preferences were. The closets were personally designed to our preferences. They built and installed the closets in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation. They closets look terrific and we thought they did a great job.

We had a few glitches with the ordering. They ordered the wrong cabinets for my laundry room and it took about 6-8 weeks to get the custom shelving in. The actually quality of the product is very good. I have not had any issues with the product since the installation. Overall, the service turned out very well. I was happy with their services.
