Description of Work: Install a custom built closet in master closet

Description of Work: Had a small master closet reconfigured and installed with cabinets, counter, and mirror. The design was well planned, maximized, and perfect for our needs. The designer was very professional and worked directly with the contractor reconfiguring our closet to make sure that the install went seamlessly. The price was on the high side, but I haven't regretted it at all in the 2 years since we had it installed. The cabinet quality and construction is top notch as well. Would definitely use again!

Description of Work: They helped me plan a nice closet, installed it on time, and also mounted a mirrored jewelry cabinet that I already owned as part of the installation. I am very happy with the closet.

Description of Work: Designed and installed a walk-in and a reach-in closet for the master bedroom. Price was best of four companies and I am very happy with the quality. Designer at first was somewhat pushy about what she thought was best, but did listen to what would be most functional for us. Be careful of the extras all companies try to sell (valet bar, tie rack, etc). They can be purchased elsewhere much cheaper.

I recenmtly moved into my home and needed to re do several closets. She walked me through every step, and I love the way they came out. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Excellent design service, excellent installation process, and great product. I was not happy about the way my sales rep tried to bully me when I wanted to use the coupon I found in a local magazine. It was for 300.00 off and only said that it must be presented at the time of the contract signing. I turned it in with the contract and when it was time for the payment they didn't reduce my amount by the coupon. My sales rep said that I had already received a discount so I had to argue with her and she was very pushy, argumentative, and rude about it. In the end after I asked for her to have the owner call me she said I was right and they would honor the coupon. She also said they were changing the fine print on the coupon to state that discounts could not be combines but I have seen several coupons in neighborhood magazines and in Angie's list books and that disclosure is not there. This makes me wonder if they use this tactic with every client and if so its deceptive and when the sales rep calls you she is very intimidating and aggressive about it so I am sure she wins a lot of the time

Description of Work: This is the third time we are using Artisan. This latest appointment was for them to get measurements for my latest project.

Description of Work: They installed a closet. The service turned out excellent.

Description of Work: The converted a closet into bookshelves and pull out drawers. I was pleased with the overall job. However, there were some things that I wanted that were going to cost more money and the sales person was kind of making decisions for me. I wish I would have had more say in the decision making.

Description of Work: We had them do a closet for our master bedroom as well as shelving and drawers in our pantry. Once we decided on a design it took about three weeks to custom build it and come back for the installation. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their services.
