Description of Work: AquaGuard did a crawlspace encapsulation and installation of a dehumidifier. They were very easy to work with. So far so good.

Description of Work: I initially heard from the provider shortly after requesting service. Thereafter, I received multiple calls where We discussed the issues I was having with drainage and in each case I was told I would receive a follow up call for scheduling. That is where contact ended. So, I used another provider and would not recommend Aquaguard.

Description of Work: They flushed out my drainage system and tested my sump pump.

Description of Work: They patched a crack in my basement wall. Arrived on time was very thorough and walked me through what to expect. Finished up and cleaned up area.

Description of Work: They installed drainage pipe to pull gutter water away from foundation.The men that did this work were excellent. I will post another review when they return in July to raise some steps that have sunk due to the gutter water washing away some of the dirt under the steps.

Description of Work: Foundation and floor jack to stop sinking concrete floor.

Description of Work: Raised front porch & placed pier supports. Removed garage floor, placed pier supports & poured new concrete. Went quickly without problems.

Description of Work: My crawlspace had been getting progressively wetter over the years. One of my daughters recently bought a house and I was there for the inspection; it was clear that I needed to do something, as my house would NOT have passed that inspection. So, I contacted several waterproofers, and it was clear that trenching/encapsulation was needed with a sump pump and a dehumidifier. It came down to between AquaGuard and Trotter; both were impressive and would have gotten the job done in my opinion, but AquaGuard's offering included insulation removal (Trotter's did not), which tipped the scale their way. I must say that there were absolutely no problems, everything went smooth as silk. Our crawlspace is now the driest, cleanest part of our house; should have done this years ago. AquaGuard did a great job and I will recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Tony came out and assessed why my basement kept flooding. He then spent a long time explaining and answering all my questions. He even gave me several options, taking into account my finances. The crew came on top and were fabulous. They were professional and patient will all my interruptions and questions. They installed a water guard over the foundation walls, a drain, and a sump pump. When finished they cleaned everything - even sweeping up the concrete dust off the floor. It's been 5 months. We've had several hards rains and the drain and pump have worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend using Aquaguard!

Description of Work: Barry came out to inspect the foundation. Told me that the issue was in framing. Because he was honest and didn't try to take advantage, I would recommend them
