It didn't go.
Description of Work: We had a previous positive experience with this company in 2008, so we thought that it would be okay to hire them again in 2017. But BUYER BEWARE!!! They came out, took our deposit, gave us a plan, and then ran. We have called them five times since giving them a deposit approximately two months ago. Each time we called, we either left a message or spoke to someone. When we got a representative, that person said that we are on the list to be scheduled. Three weeks ago, the representative said that we were next on the "list." But, we have never received a call back on either of our telephone numbers. We are ready to go to small claims court to go after the company and even the owner personally.

Please send us the best phone number and/or email at which you may be reached, and, upon receipt, we'll contact you to schedule your project as soon as possible. Description of Work: We removed carpet to have hardwood floors installed. Our subfloor was uneven and the first hardwood company could not lay the wood flooring. We called Aqua guard thinking it may be a foundation issue. The rep came out and confirmed it was a foundation issue and assured us they could fix it..... for $10,000.00. We proceeded with the repair but it did not level the floors. Two return trips over the next few weeks still failed to do the job. Then I was told they do not guarantee the level floors. $10000 wasted. On the bright side we found a true craftsman that was able to repair the subfloor and lay the hardwood floors. Our work, especially when dealing with foundation issues, is to stop further instability of the home and possibly undo whatever damage has already taken place. We understand your frustration at not seeing visible immediate changes in your home, but this may not be the only value of the work you had done. We would love to see all damage done reverse as quickly as possible, however our primary concern is stopping its progression and preventing it from continuing in the future. We regret your floors did not return to normal position, but we hope you have peace of mind in knowing they are now permanently stabilized and warranted from future sinking.
