The Property is a Rental property I have had for many years and was being sold. Buyers home inspector pointed out several areas of concern of which I agreed to fix. I met with Bruce Stockdale, Real Estate Specialist from AquaGuard at the property. Bruce and I went all around the crawlspace and showed me what needs to be completed to satisfy the buyers home inspector. We agreed on price and then about a week later got a call to schedule the work to be done by two separate crews. The first crew repaired the front of the home sloping by putting smart Jacks and footings around the crawl space and leveling out that area. The 2nd crew came in a few days later and made repair to the left side wall of the crawl space and raised the cement of the driveway nearing the left side of the crawl space, thus stopping water from seeping into the crawl space. I was satisfied, we ended up closing the home to the satisfaction of the buyer

About $4000 worth of wok was done. I had a french drain system installed into my crawl space and I also had a sump pump installed. They have good reviews, they seemed like they knew their business pretty well and they were knowledgeable.

The tech seemed nice enough, but spent more time talking than listening. He knew right away what the problem was and didn't even look at where our new waterline was coming into the house to see if that's where the leak was. Instead he launched into a sales pitch and gave me two options - one was $5,000 and involved bringing in a jack hammer and drilling a hole in the basement floor to install a pump. The other option was about $20,000 and involved digging up the entire front of our house. He offered a discount if I scheduled the work that day, but I wanted another opinion. I'm glad I did, because the leak was around our new waterline and the repair cost me $475! I felt like the Aquaguard rep was more focused on making a big sale than truly identifying the problem and how to best fix it.

The person who came out to give us an estimate was excellent and most importantly he was honest. The technician that did the repairs worked diligently for about 7 hours, cleaned up after himself, was care about the dust from drilling, and very professional. He was also respectful of our home and wore protective covering on his shoes when entering our home. Most importantly, we have not had a leak in the basement since the repair! I would recommend this company to anyone.

So far, I have had a good experience with them. They have very good word of mouth references around here. There was sticker shock initially, but work should begin at the end of February. They have been very professional and responsive up to this point.

I was very pleased with both the service and timeliness. The pump failed within the first year. However, after a very brief conversation, AquaGuard sent someone out the very next day and replaced without any hassle or charge.

They have excellent customer service which means a lot to me. It was easy setting up the estimate date. Got a date and time set quickly. They let me know who was coming and when they would arrive. The gentleman called me the morning to let me know when he was actually going to arrive. I had a seepage in the basement. After the gentlemen inspected the problem, he proceeded to tell me they would dig a trench in the basement and put in a sump pump. He showed me on his laptop in detail what they would need to do. He explained various ways to pay for the work. There was no pressure and gave me several brochures to read up on the type of work. Everything seemed very legit and logical; but I wound up not going with them mainly because of the price. It seemed quite high. I did go with another vendor because he found a different way of solving the problem at 1/5th the price.

There was a leak that was allowing water into the basement. They fixed it and did a good job.

We had them raised a piece of concrete that holds the steps door back. I had used them before for an issue in the basement. They used a different technology and explained a lot. They were prompt, arrived on time, did the job and met our expectations. They also gave me some recommendations and I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them.

The original work was not satisfactory, but they have since contacted me and come out to discuss a resolution. The proposed resolution sounds like it will work, but I won't know for sure until they come out and perform the work in January 2015.

I did not have any work done.

Great. They drilled through the cement into ground until yhey couldn't go farther. Then inserted support pillars underneath. Then they lifted the porch up to level it off. This was done to prevent any more sinking so I could replace my tile floor without cracking.

They did a good job. They also recommended I look into waterproofing my basement and I was interested in doing that. They said they would reach out and contact me. However, I still have not heard from them.

They did a good job and show up on time. They did the work quickly, efficiently, and my basement hasn’t leaked since.

It went very well. Technician was on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up after himself.

Have decided to wait until after the first of the year before proceeding with any repair.

Aqua Guard arrived promptly, we looked at all of the areas of concern. They provided a quote for jacks under a sagging beam, and our stairs I was put-off by pricing for waterproofing services that I did not want or need.

I have no reason to doubt the final quality of the work, but I didn't have a good experience with the company. I was in a situation where a third party was to pay for my foundation pier installation. Aquagaurd's salesman got the lowest overall quote by suggesting the fewest number of piers of any company that provided an estimate. Needless to say, the 3rd party jumped at their low offer. As soon as the 3rd party gave them the bid, their engineer raised low-ball number of piers needed by 50%, and consequently raising the cost by 50%. The 3rd party balked at the increase, and I got stuck with the remainder of the cost because of the salesman's miscalculation. To add insult to injury, I took a day off work for the installation to be done, and at 7:45 that morning I was called and told it couldn't be done that day. Too late for me to re-coup the vacation day. So I was out extra money and a vacation day, with no compensation or any apology other than "this never happens." When the work was done, I don't think it took more than 2-3 hours. The price was extremely high for that little work. Hopefully the quality of the work was good, but I won't use them again, and wouldn't have used them this time if not for the 3rd party's choice. Update - the company responded to my response below saying that they contacted me to address the concerns. They did no such thing. Please do not trust the provider response.

Patrick arrived a few minutes late, but had already called in advance to explain his GPS had taken him pretty far out of the way. The house was an hour or more from their location, so we understood. He was very professional when he arrived and took the time to explain why the work was necessary, what would happen if we choose not to complete the work, how the proposed solution would correct the problem, and he was able to estimate how much it would cost on site. The actual estimate of work was emailed to me the same day and included a breakdown of the cost, as well as a diagram of where all the piers would be installed. We were very happy with Patrick's work, even though the actual cost was slightly higher than others we received.

Not only was Russell professional, he was quite pleasant and conversational. He did a thorough investigation into the problem and provided a couple of solutions to address it based on cost, long term need, etc. I appreciate his insightful questions to make sure that I was getting good benefit of the dollars spent. He was patient and took the time to clearly explain the root cause of the problem and why certain solutions were more beneficial and to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel any pressure. He simply presented me with the facts and allowed me time to make a decision. I most appreciate that he didn't try to sell me on services that weren't needed. There was one area in question that I wanted to cost out that he indicated would not reap the same benefit due to the fact that it was due to poor design rather than structural failure. I appreciate his integrity and would definitely consider giving this man my business.

Our previous home went well with Aquaguard, but the current home we did not use them.

Job went well from bid to completion. Russell gave us good information on the PolyLevel product and process. The two installers were professional and moved quickly to drill holes in driveway, insert the material, and clear the site. After almost four months, the material appears to be doing its job- shoring up a driveway that was cracking due to decomposition of tree stumps, etc. buried nearby.

From my first contact with Bart who assessed and measured the job and explained thoroughly my options and answered all my questions to shaking hands with the crew, it was a great experience. A three man crew arrived as promised on Monday morning, 8/18 and introduced themselves and went right to work. Hank, the crew leader, went over the job with me and we determined where the sump would go and Wes and Trey were hauling tools and equipment and materials and setting up and starting to work. They were very professional, friendly and very dedicated hard workers. This is backbreaking work and they do it well and are very careful at the same time of your house. Three hard days and as always on a job you run into the unexpected and it was worked out without a hitch. They were short some material on the final day when they were trying to finish it up and a supervisor brought the material and they pushed on to finish the job and finished up everything about 8:30 pm and were loaded up and we went through everything and they were dog tired but proud of their work and so was I. This was good decision on my part and I would do the same thing again. The system was working before they got completed because of the huge storms that hit that last afternoon and the system was immediately tested and worked. Two days later my basement humidity has gone from 88% Wednesday night to 66% Friday afternoon and the feel and the smell are radically different. Hank, Wes and Trey made this whole experience better removing any worry or apprehension that I might have had and instead made it an enjoyable and informative experience.

I contacted AquaGuard Foundations Solutions to fix a mold and odor issue in my crawlspace. An appointment was made for a free evaluation of my foundation and crawlspace. The inspector arrived on time and performed a detailed inspection. He pointed out an area in my foundation wall where water was entering and recommended an epoxy injection repair and to encapsulate the crawlspace with their CleanSpace System. We also reviewed the estimate to ensure it matched what was agreed to. The crew did an excellent job installing the system. The job took 1 1/2 days which was exactly how long I was told it would take. The forman kept me informed through out the project and always took the time to answer my questions. The installation crew was a professional team lead by an experienced forman. After the job was complete we went thru a checklist to ensure a complete job done. The CleanSpace System transformed my crawlspace with immediate results. The odors were gone and the crawlspace went from dark,dusty hard to breath space to a bright clean looking open space. I am very pleased with this system and would recommend AquaGuard Foundation Solutions. From start to finish and followup they served the customer well.
