APEX GUY ROOFING

I was first referred to Guy Roofing by my dad, as they had put a new roof on his house last year and he was very pleased. I gave them a call and my new roof was completed yesterday. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the personable service from Roy and John, the roof, the price, the crew, and the clean-up. When we decided to go forward with a new roof, we contacted six different companies for an estimate. Five of the companies were slow to respond and gave us an appointment for an estimate that was several days away (or even up to a week). Guy Roofing was the exception to this ? the first time I called and left a message, I was contacted within 15 minutes by Roy. He came to my house the next day and provided a price on the spot. Not only was his price slightly less than the other five companies, the lead time on getting started was considerably shorter than the other companies. Within a few hours after meeting with Roy, we decided to contract Guy Roofing and Roy came right back out to our house with the shingle choices. What?s really impressive about Roy is that he not only does the estimates, and follows up with the shingle choices, but is that he also works with the crew and is on every job that the company does. In other words, you don?t end up with just a crew of roofers that you have never met, you also end up with Roy right there working on your job! The crew was able to get started a day earlier than originally planned and took off two existing roofs and put on the new roof in two working days. Roy is quite humorous and fun to talk with, but he is very serious about his work. He reassured us that our home would be treated as his home and he delivered. The roof looks great and the clean-up was excellent. If I had not seen Roy and the crew there, I would not have known they had been there (meaning that they left no debris behind). Call me old-fashioned, but I like knowing who is working at my house and I like the kind of prompt, personable, and courteous service that Guy Roofing provided.

1. Roof: removed and replaced in 1 day. Very clean, left our property in the "you couldn't even tell they were here" condition. We were extremely impressed with the organization of the whole operation. Very professional. 2. Windows: removed our original wood windows that were rotted and painted shut. They replaced 24 windows in 2 days. Amazing. Also, they sold us windows that qualify for the 30% energy tax credit. We will be receiving $1500 back at tax time. We had no idea this was available. Apex Guy guaranteed this rebate, and provided us with proper documentation to receive it. Extremely happy with our windows. 3. Gutters: what can I say "gutters are perfect" we also opted for leaf guards to protect from pine needles clogging our gutters. We will have Apex Guy add "blown in" insulation to our attic soon. We also get a 30% tax credit for that also. We are extremely pleased with this company. I am telling everyone "make sure you call this company" if you are doing any work on your home. They are very organized and professional and have large crews that were very respectful to our property.
