American Pressurewash

The owner quoted a price of $165 on the phone. The young man arrived on time and began powerwashing the house however he did a poor job and never utilized the ladder on his truck to reach the second floor level gutter. The brick of the house was dirty on all 4 side....after he finished we could see the dirt on the house that was draining from the top of the home and allowed to dry on the brick on the first level. The home was not thoroughly cleaned even on the first level. To make matter worse, I received a bill for $175 which was crossed out and $190 was written next to it. So the bill went from $165, to 175 to 190. I called the owner. He kept interrupting me when I spoke and generally had no excuse as to why the price changed several times from the quoted price . I paid $180 because I was tired of trying to speak to him. I feel like I've been taken (1) one because the house was poorly clean and the young man did not utilize the ladder when it was needed (video recording) (2) the price quote us was changed after the work was performed. We will not be utilizing this company in the future. Their phone quote was not honored by the owner, poor workmanship, and unprofessional. Our home was not cleaned!

Glenn Howard is meticulous in his work. He was very thorough, paying special attention to an old paint stain on my front porch. He lightened it significantly. He washed the driveway, sidewalk and all concrete pads around the house. Everything looked remarkably clean when he was finished. His pricing was fair as he isn't too busy yet but as spring progresses, his prices will increase and there may be a waiting period before he can schedule the work. He stated that the driveway should last for two to three years and the house would need pressure washing again in twelve to eighteen months. I would definitely use him again!

Honored the price we were given years ago when we last used them; did a great job, was able to schedule us quickly and was very friendly and professional. Also threw in a free washing of our deck furniture, which I thought was a very nice touch.

He did a great job. The stains he worked on are gone, and did a little extra for me with great results.
