Description of Work: Rich and his assistant gladly came out rather impromptu at customer's request, as they were in the area at the time. They were to check out a spot on the roof for its potential to leak since owner saw daylight coming in through the attic. Rich explained that there was a gap under an awning that would not cause a leak since it was protected by the awning. Owners were OK with not fixing it due to Rich's explanation. American Chimney did not even charge a consultation fee! Owner is very happy with their can-do/will-do attitude and would definitely use American Chimney Gutter and Roofing in the future!
