Description of Work: Used them for a year and put in a call when my dishwasher broke. They contracted out to another company and when the repairman arrived he barely spoke English and had no clue how to fix the dishwasher, even though it was displaying an error code. At one point he asked me if I had the owner's manual, which I gave to him. Eventually I called Samsung myself and they told me what the error code meant. I relayed that information to the repairman and he said he would have to come back another time to fix it. When I called again, they send a completely different person from a completely different company. It took this guy 3 visits to fix the dishwasher over the span of 2.5 months. Terrible company, terrible service.

Description of Work: I called for service for a plumbing issue. The plummer came out but was not able to verify with Choice Home Warranty because they had closed and I NEVER got my toliet fixed it is still running water. What am I paying for? I work and can not keep taking off work to wait for service.
