Since my arm was injured it is very difficult to drag a large waste container up my driveway with one wheel falling off. Well, the next garbage removal picked up the loose wheel leaving one wheel with an axle. The following week the pickup removed the axle with the remaining wheel. (Now my receptacle has neither wheels nor axle). My contract will be up for cancelation/and or renewal in a few weeks. I would not let these idiots pick up my trash if they cut my rates in half... It will be a great pleasure to cancel service and give it to a small local firm garbage hauling service.
Description of Work: I have used BFI which has changed names to Republic, Allied Waste and maybe a few others I haven't noticed. I called a very pleasant receptionist in the last week of April to report my waste container needed replacement (it is16 yrs old) since a wheel was falling off. The pleasant receptionist said not to worry since a radio controlled truck would come to replace the broken barrel within a week. The BFI/Republic/Allied Waste did provide fair service for about 12 or 13 years. The last 3 or 4 years have been steadily - continually -steadily - continually - declining. It will be a pleasure to say goodbye!!!

Don't use Allied/Robertson/BFI (whatever they're called now). When I started service, it took 3 weeks after my service started, and multiple phone calls, to finally get a trash can delivered. Every 3 weeks, or so, they'd forget to pick up my trash, or the recycling. When I scheduled my service to be discontinued, they picked up my trash can 2 weeks early, had to bring one back out, picked it up again a week early, and never brought another one. Not having a trash can is a bit of a hassle when moving. After 7 calls in the last 3 weeks, I haven't been able to get a refund, and I have to sit on the phone for about 1/2 an hour everytime I try to talk to someone.

Been their customer for the past 4 months. Their rates are ok. Paying 18$/month for Garbage and 6$ a month for yard waste disposal. But if there is a better company, maybe I will switch.
Description of Work: Had to remind them more than 15 times in the last 4 months to send me a new garbage container to replace a broken one. Every time some one answers the call and say, no problem we will do it, but it never happened. On the collection side, they are OK. They have new equipment. However Every week, they come at different time. Also some times they spill garbage on the ground
