Description of Work: Checked furnace and thermostat to see why furnace coming on but not staying on. Replaced sensor in furnace.

+ -1 moreMy husband tends to do most of the heating and AC and he’s difficult to please but he uses them; he’s happy with them which says something. They are customer oriented and they seem to come out when he calls them. They also did all of our duct work and it made a huge improvement with our air conditioning.

+ -1 moreWhen they came, they found that they attic fan was going out and they recommend that I get it replaced now before the summer, so I really like that they also do the preventative maintenance. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and I really like using them. They are very polite and prompt and they do great work. They fixed the fan and checked the air and it didn't take them long. They also cleaned up before they left.
Description of Work: I have a service agreement with them to maintain my heating and air conditioning unit. They come twice a year. They also do preventative maintenance and I pay a yearly fee for the service.

We have a maintenance agreement with them and the price of the work was included in that. We pay yearly for the maintenance agreement. I am very pleased with the service of this company.
Description of Work: We had a problem in our 6000 square foot home. The air conditioner wasn t working properly. I am not sure what the exact problem was, but they made it work again.
