All Four Seasons Garage and Entry Doors

I had also done some work on it myself and knew that the problem was in the track somewhere. The service person they sent looked at it, didn't really listen to the symptoms, and said the whole thing was shot and need to be replaced. I persisted with some logic and he eventually found the limit switch was broke. He quoted me $138 to replace it and said he would order it and call me back. I checked online and the switch itself was $12. I ordered it and fixed it myself (the old one snapped out and the new one snapped in). They never called me back. Basically the $20 service call is a just bait to get them out there. They really don't want to diagnose and fix small issues. They want to replace large and whole parts because the margins are much better. They were constantly concerned with the time when they were onsite and were hoping I didn't know what I was talking about so they could replace the whole unit. The only upside was that it only cost me $20. I wouldn't recommend them. Jim

Door broke at 730 in the evening. Couldn't open even using the manual option. Called and was greeted by a very knowledgeable customer service person on the phone. Service tech arrived shortly after 7am the next morning and repaired door by 745am. They are the best.

I hit angieslist, called All 4; they were on site within 5 hours and made the fix. I paid a slight premium for emergency service, but not unwillingly, as the dispatcher warned me up front.

Received quote for the job. I had asked for a basic door opener and the price for it was noted at $319. I assumed that, at that price, I would come with an exterior keypad but it did not. After the fact, I learned that the opener installed should have only cost about $200-225. My fault for not pricing openers. The door looks and works great. The opener works great too. The sales rep and the installer were pleasant and professional. I had mentioned to the sales rep that I was looking to replace the garage door at my primary residence in the near future so I was surprised that the opener appeared to be overpriced. I did get a new garage door at my primary residence but went with a different company.

They were very nice to work with. They recommended a very nice garage door opener that came with two remotes and a keypad. The installer showed up right on time and did a great job. No mess at all and he showed us how to program the keypad. It is a great opener and very quiet. I will use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

They were great. Spent lots of time with us during the estimating visit to help us choose the right door -- not just the look and the r-value but also considering the direction of the sun and the pros and cons of windows. They arrived on schedule and were extremely professional. If I had one complaint it would be that the estimator didn't talk to us about openers. When the installer arrived he said our existing opener was not strong enough to handle the new, heavier door. The cost would be ~$400. I have no issue with the new door requiring a better opener, but I didn't like being surprised at install.

They did a very good job. They came when they said they were going to be here. They stuck with it until it was done and went through everything installed and made sure we had no questions. They were very good about that.

Not well. While at Costco, I arranged to recieve a quote to have a garage door opener installed at a new residence. I was clear that was all I was looking for and the guy at Costco was helpful. The person providing the qutoe showed upon the correct date and time but he had a horrible attitude. He said that he was there to install a new door. But didn't seem to have any doors with him?? Plus we would need to have that approved through the HOA. He proceeded to tell us how cheap the door was that the builder installed and that it should really be replaced and emphasized that he was sent out to install a new door. Yet we never picked one out. He did provide a quote for a new opener and it seemed fine but we were so turned off ny his approach that we will use a different company.

Our experience with them was fine. Their price was right. They came on time. They did a great job on the installation. I have no complaints. They had what we wanted.

I was impressed with the promptness and professional service I received from this company. My first time relying solely on Angie's List was definitely a success!

I have never given a bad review before. Unfortunately, I felt it was warranted in this case. Overall, they sent me a new employee who was chronically late and poor with communication. Most people don't care about all the details so I will try to give a few short facts about why the service was so bad. 1. The representative was supposed to arrive between 2 and 4p. He arrived at 7:30p. He said he didn't have the part in his truck but would try to get it from the warehouse the next day. We went ahead and scheduled a new appointment in anticipation of him getting the part. His behavior was flustered and erratic. 2. He was supposed to come out with the new part at 10am 2 days later. I called him at 8:30am to confirm and he said he had cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm with him on the phone the day before (he had left me a message saying he had the part). He said he would try to fit me in later that day but never called me back. 3. After 6 hours of waiting, I called the main number and spoke to someone in the call center. She apologized and said I had not been placed on the schedule at all for the day. 4. She called me back 20 minutes later and offered another appointment between 4 and 6p. She said the representative had been waiting for me to get approval from my husband (not true!) and that he tried to call me five times (also not true!). By then I was tired of being pushed aside and treated like my time was worthless. I told her I was afraid to have him come out at that point because he was not behaving professionally. I didn't want him to come out tired, frustrated and angry with me! It was basically his word against mine and at that point I don't think either one of us wanted to do business with each other. The call center lady was all too willing to cancel my service completely. I was offered nothing more than an, "I'm sorry." We all make mistakes! I'm not saying the whole company is bad. I just want them to know that they lost my business because of a "new" employee that hasn't quite learned the ropes yet. Maybe he was sent out on his own a little too early? On the other hand, the ladies in the call center defended him to the core. Must be nice to be employed by a company that stands by you even when customers are rightfully complaining about you!

Glenn was prompt and courteous and walked me thru process of manually opening garage door. The motor was replaced with all new parts. He even fixed the rubber at bottom of door. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

I had a bad experience at the end of the installation of the garage doors on 2/1/13. I finally called the main number, which has changed and is now 678-981-8454, still at 1148 JVL Court, Suite 160, Marietta. The woman who answered was totally different in her response than I had had in February! She was helpful! She told me "Joey" no longer worked there, and Kevin would be out to inspect my doors. Kevin came out on 5/30/13 and spent about a half hour adjusting both doors and lubricating them. I know they are now working perfectly, and I would now recommend All Four Seasons.

John came out to examine one of the door's motors that was not working. He gave an estimate to replace it. I asked for a quote for new doors and motors, and decided to go that route instead of replacing the one motor. Both doors were original wood doors in bad shape. the installation was set and installer "Joey" came out (late) to do the work. He made a point of telling me how neat and clean he would leave my garage. He took twice as long as he said, and left the garage with lots of trash, debris and NAILS on the floor. One of the doors did not seem to be working smoothly, so I called the office a couple of days later to have someone come out and check them. The woman at the office insisted I had to use Joey, and she would call him and he would get in touch with me. Several hours later Joey called and said he had adjusted them all he could, and they were operating fine. I was very unhappy with the end of the experience, and decided I would wait awhile and then call the owner, Dan Watkins. See entry dated 5/30/13...

Family owned business. Spoke with Maureen who was very pleasant. She arranged to have someone come out within a few days. Brad arrived tuned up our garage doors, new remotes and said if there were any other problems do not hesitate to call.

They were professional and did a really good job. It was quick and they listened to our problem. I was pleased with them.

I called All Four Seasons Garage at 9:30 am and they had a technician out to my house an hour later. The service was fast and courteous. He even oiled my other garage door so that it wouldn't be so noisy. I would definitely use them again.

I received service the same day I called. A part on my garage door was repaired and everything else checked out.

Went out of way to do it right

A roller ball on my garage door fell off, causing the door to become inoperable. I called All Four Seasons on Monday afternoon and they said they would have someone out on Tuesday between 8-10am. Just a few minutes after 8am, someone arrived to work on the door. He had the part with him and completed the job within 15 minutes. He also tightened up the rest of the bolts for me as well. I really appreciated not only that they arrived first thing, but that the job was completed quickly and efficiently!

Prompt initial service call, very professional, not a high pressure sales pitch; Installation was scheduled much sooner than originally expected, professional technician, completed work timely, and cleaned up and removed all debris from the site. Doors are functioning well, as expected.

Excellent. Gene arrived late on a Friday evening to evaluate my door. Checked out the door and saw that the spring was broken. Replaced the spring on the garage door. Gene is an educated,skilled individual.

Contacted All Four Seasons for a quote to replace garage door and opener. The representative came out on-time, and was curteous. He was very straight forward in regards to a the new garage door options and was able to suggest cost effective alternatives. I was selecting between three vendors and quotes, and decided to go with another vendor due to the price. I was a little discourage when I told my representative from All Four Seasons that I had chosen another vendor because of price, and he was like "well I could of work with you on the price". I personally don't like that tatic, as I feel as though he was trying to take advantage and see if he could get me to commit to a higher price. I stated that he should always come with the best price first. Personally, I would of recommended this company to anyone and I would use them in the future, if it wasn't for the representative stating that he didn't provide me the best price initially. I'd hate to think that someone that I recommend to them, could potentially take advantage of them in regards of price.

I would hire them again without reservation! I used the coupon here on Angie's List with absolutely no problem. This company is a class act!
