All Four Seasons Garage and Entry Doors

Quick response & knowledgeable technician. Remounting the laser required some creativity and the tech didn't think it was a big deal. Also advised on future options for this old door.

The response was quick, within a few hours of when I called. The repairs were quickly done. The repairman and person answering the phone were professional and polite. The price was appropriate.

We had high hopes for a good experience. The sales representative seemed very professional and polite, as did the ONE technician that showed up to install the 18' three layered garage door. I was surprised that there was not a second technician and I asked him, "Are you going to install this 18' garage door all by yourself?!" He told me that his assistant was on his way, but the help never arrived. The technician finished the installation, told us all of the instructions, and was on his way. Initially the door looked normal, but by the third day the bracket holding the springs into the wall had totally come loose and was holding by one partially pulled-out screw! We couldn't raise the door to get our cars out because the springs were about to bust loose from the wall! Not only were our cars stuck, but it is a very dangerous situation with those springs wound tight and about to break! All Four Seasons advertises on their website and in their brochures that you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you have an emergency. So we called. Someone answered the call ( Mother of the owner?kids in the background so she quickly tried to get us off the phone.) We explained the emergency, but she just told us to call back in the morning!!! My husband asked if they would pay for another company to come take care of our emergency since they didn't want to come out at 8:00pm, but she said no?if we called someone else to fix it, we would have to pay for it ourselves. So here we sit! Our cars are stuck in the garage and the wound springs are barely hanging on! We've tried to cover our cars with all the blankets we could find so that if the springs break loose it would hopefully minimize any damage to our cars. So we will be calling All Four Seasons first thing in the morning and hoping we can get some help out here! We are also hoping the springs hold till morning and don't damage our cars. After spending $4096.00 for our garage door, it is very disappointing to see the lack of service. Save yourself a WHOLE LOT of trouble and don't use this company! We are certainly wishing we had not gotten involved with them. ***UPDATE*** Called All Four Seasons the next morning and again explained that their new installation was pulling out of the wall, the springs were still wound and dangerous and our 2 cars were still trapped in the garage. We were told the Manager would need to call us back. (She called back 2 hours later?"Sorry I was at a golf pancake breakfast for my kid!) The "Manager" ( sister of the owner) told us she needed to get the "Field Manager" ( her husband and brother-in-law to the owner) to look at it before they send out a technician to get our cars out. However the Field Manager was out of town for 2 MORE DAYS ( gone to a hockey game for his kid) and there was no one else to look at it!!! So our cars have been trapped for 3 DAYS in our garage! (How would YOUR family operate if 2 of your cars were trapped for several days?!!) They said they could have the Field Manager out by DAY 4, but my husband was working so it wasn't until DAY 6 that we met with the Field Manager. He and his assistant repaired the installation and got our cars out. Ugh?what an ordeal!!! Because this is a small company with all family members in the leadership positions, I don't really see anyone being disciplined for blowing off our emergency from their failed installation. (I just don't see MAMMA getting a talking-to for dismissing us the first night!) Communication was poor between employees?by the time the Field Manager came out, he really had no idea just how bad our circumstances had been and even had in his notes that WE were the one's unavailable the first 3 days when in fact it was All Four Seasons!!! (WE HAD NO CARS TO LEAVE!!!?WE WERE DEFINITELY AVAILABLE!!!!) Ugh?so frustrating! We will not be using this company again, nor would we recommend them to our friends. Unfortunately they seem TOO small to have anyone covering the business when the leadership is out of town or busy with the kids. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience.

It was okay. All things considered, I think it was fine. We wind up with a little bit of a freaky door but it’s not loud. The kid who came out and the work seem to be competent and he was nice. The work was fine, it has a little squeaky sound but it’s not that bothering. The price was fairly high. They came out pretty quickly. The kid was professional but I had a bit of an issue.

They did a great job. They are the company that my home warranty company selected for me. They came out and assessed my garage door opener. They put in their two cents to the home warranty people. The home warranty people said they would replace my existing opener. They came back out to replace the existing opener. That was fine. He came out the second time to install the new opener. I was asking about a wireless entry because it did not come with it, apparently so he sold me one for, like, $50. They worked the price out with my warranty company. Then about a month or so later my hand held garage door opener stopped working so I called them back directly telling them what had happened. They came back out and brought me a new handset. I did not give them a top grade on this review because they gave me a hand held unit to open my garage door and then had to come back out a month later to replace it. It sounded like they were aware that, sometimes, those openers don't work with those units. So if that is something that they know they could have notified me of the possibility that if the hand held opener did not work to call them back.

They were fine. It was just a spring so it was pretty easy.

Nothing specifically stood out to me.

It turned out very well. They did a good job. The gentleman that was doing it was very knowledgeable, very polite and he was very businesslike. He came over when he said he was coming and he did the job. When we did have problems, we were able to call them back. They were able to come out and do what they needed to do.

The installation went really good. They were supposed to be out here between 12pm and 2pm. They didn't show up until about 6pm. I did not get a call, and I had to call them to see what was going on.

They were there before we expected them and they were done in like 30 minutes. Day did it correctly and everything was fine.

I called yesterday and they were here the next morning as promised. Anthony arrived on time and quickly disposed problem and explained how to correct and how much. Based on his recommendation we also went ahead and did both doors as a preventative measure since both doors are 11 years old and have never been worked on. Very up front about cost, worked quick and did not try and up sell even when I asked about changing out the opening er sails they should be good for years. Great job and will use again.

We had a car port, and they added a garage door onto it for extra security. They added all the bells and whistles, including a Web opener, so we can operate the garage door from our phones, and a keypad. Kevin and his team do a fantastic job, and were very professional, and have been very responsive with all of our needs. We really appreciate their work.

My daughter crashed into the garage door around 8:30 a.m. When I called this company, the lady I spoke with was super nice. Garage door was fixed by 10:00 a.m. Very professional organization. I strongly recommend this company.

Technician was very professional and did an excellent job. Part had to be ordered from factory; he did that on first visit. When part was delivered by factory to our home, the technician came out to install it. Actually, he came on a Saturday which surprised us! He did a good job. We will definitely call this company when we have any garage door needs in the future.

I have used them twice before but this is the last time I will call them. Very unprofessional! First, I attempted to schedule using the Angie's List messaging system - NO RESPONSE after 5 days! When I mentioned this to the tech who did the work, he said he's not surprised, the office staff is a revolving door and nothing gets done right. CASE IN POINT: They gave him the wrong phone number to contact me, so he could not reach me to call ahead when he was going to be early. For these two things, I give them low marks for professionalism and responsiveness. They also miss the mark on professionalism by sending a technician in his personal vehicle - especially one where the tech has to add antifreeze to his radiator in my driveway! Seriously??? They at least need signage on the vehicle. Also unprofessional: did not check any of the boxes on the warranty section of statement, even though the labor should have their standard warranty. My last beef is with their effort to upsell to make their work easier. I'm paying $89 for labor, I want some work done - not the "quick fix" replacement that is faster for them but makes me buy unneeded parts. Specifically, he tried to hard sell me into the spring and mounting system being damaged beyond repair when the cable broke. That was simply not true - the bolt had pulled through the mount but the spring was fine. I insisted he take it apart and reuse unless he could prove to me it was damaged beyond repair. It wasn't. I do not like doing business with companies I can't trust, and I really felt like I was being misled into spending more than necessary. As it was, I agreed to replace the second cable on the same door since the labor was paid for. But I still felt ripped off when I saw the bill - he told me the cables were $15, never said EACH. Back to the professionalism issue: send techs who can COMMUNICATE with the customer and provide an itemized bill in writing, in advance. Next time I'll try a different company with good ratings on Angie's list. I've had good service from 4 seasons before but it seems their standards are dropping.

They accommodated us with things we needed without a doubt.

Quick accurate assessment of both faults. Replaced the parts. Reset all openers and gave good advice on preventing future occurrence with simple low cost solutions from Home Depot.

Great experience called on sunday repairs made by Monday at noon. Prompt and professional

They worked really well. I actually did not find them through Angie’s List. They were very professional. They didn’t try to upsell me, as a matter of fact they actually talked me into doing less work. Quality work was good. I was really happy with them. Responsiveness is very good.

All Four Seasons Garage Doors had installed a new Liftmaster for me back in 2008 and did a great job! So, being in need of a new garage door, I called, received the information needed from Jamie, who was delightful to work with, and scheduled for the new garage door to be installed today, 3/3/15. The installer was to come between 12 and 2. At 1:30 I called to inquire about the status as I could not remember if the installer was to give me a call when they were thirty minutes out or not. I was told they would be here by 2 p.m. I also inquired about a copy of the quote that Jamie had not been able to send me via email. I received a return call from Liz who sent me a copy of the quote and informed me that the installer was running behind due to problems at his current install but that he would be here by 3 p.m. I called the office at 4 p.m. as I had received no contact and no installer had shown up!! I am extremely disappointed as I had rearranged my schedule to ensure that I would be here. I understand about running into problems when you are on job, but I don't understand why no one contacted me to let me know the status! Not a good experience at all!!

We had a very good experience. The service person who came out was named Wray. He was very fast and informative. He provided excellent customer service and we would certainly use this company again.

Everything went well. However, when I had problems after the install, it was difficult to get a hold of them. The guys that came out for the install were very professional, but not being able to get a hold of them after was poor customer service.

I was so relieved that they could send someone out that morning to repair the garage door.

Gene worked quickly and did a good job. He ran late getting here but apologized and worked to make up for lost time. I was pleased with his work and how he cleaned up after himself.

On this door it took them about half the alloted time, and the clean up was very good. The two installers were very friendly, and worked quickly to complete the job. It was a very good experience in all aspects.
