All Four Seasons Garage and Entry Doors

I spoke to several garage door companies. The man from All Four Seasons who came out (Tim) was the most knowledgeable. They also quoted the best price. The work was done within a couple of days. We were very pleased and plan to use them again in the future.

They did an OK job. They asked me for my ladder which I thought was weird. The guy that came out was pretty funny and pleasant as well. The pricing was good and I would recommend them to others.

On Thursday night, one of the springs on our garage door broke, making it impossible to open the door. We called Friday morning and spoke to Dan, the owner, who said he could have someone at our house between 11:00 and 1:00. He also gave us a range of price that the job would cost, including labor, that would depend upon the size of the springs. Nate, the technician, called me at about 12:20 to tell me that he was on his way. When he arrived, he came in and started working immediately and fixed the problem. I also asked if he could fix the wall button, which had not worked for 2 years. He replaced it for only an additional $10 above the original price and didn't charge any extra labor. He was extremely nice, polite and friendly and he did a fantastic job. He even pointed out that the bolt securing the garage door wasn't adjusted properly, causing the door not to go up as high as it should and fixed that, too. I was VERY impressed with this company and with Nate in particular.

Everything went well with All Four Seasons as he came as he was scheduled. I was at work but felt perfectly comfortable with him having a key as they truly are nice and trustworthy. He gave me a call when the work was done and when I got home, the door looked great.

We were able to find a mutually convenient time, they were prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately. It turned out to be two problems, one involving the cord that releases the garage door from the control of the electric opener and a problem with the electric eye which tries to prevent the door from closing on ones car. The time to diagnose and fix the problem was extremely prompt, and the exact cost was communicated before anything was attempted. We are extremely happy.

We made an app. for the end of the day the next afternoon, they called at 3:00 to say they were running late, Nater arrived at 6:00 and inspected the garage opener and declared it dead, he would stay and fix it, he had everything he needed on the truck, but it was late, so I said another day would be fine, the schedule for the next day (Wed.) was tight, but he would fit it in, I suggested Thur. morning and he agreed, when he arrived he bought with him an upgraded model for the same price, just because I was agreeable to waiting an extra day. We are very happy with Nate and have a great new opener, our old one was about 25 years old, he explained all about the new ones and was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions.

Estimate and work were done in a timely manner. Beautiful job. Would highly recommend for garage door replacement.

Very pleased with service. The tech was honest and up front and also advised me on things that needed attention now, and things that could wait. I'm selling my house so he advised not to spend too much money replacing every little piece, as long as it works and is still safe.

Both experiences were very positive. The technician was on time in both cases. Once on a Saturday at no extra charge. In fact, during the first visit, the technician showed me the gear and warned me it was going to break in the next year or so (it lasted another month). They priced me to replace the door (which I have not done) and it was less expensive than the Home Depot purchase/installation. I have been very pleased.

Nate, the technician was courteous and pleasant from start to finish. He called ahead of time on both phones to let me know that he was en-route. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He not only did the repair, but checked the entire door and found the broken bracket as well as tightened all of the bolts on my door. He also gave me hints to keep my door in good working order. He answered my questions about other services such as new door installation, but was never pushy. I absolutely would use this company again. I had a prior bad experience with another garage door company, but this was a nice pleasant experience. There are differences in companies. I highly recommend All Four Seasons Garage Doors.

I called up All Four Seasons on a Sunday and left a message. To my surprise and delight I received a call back within 10 minutes and scheduled garage door service for the very next day and was given a 2 hour window. Yevgeniy (service technician) arrived on time and even called ahead to let me know he was coming. He installed 2 new torsion springs on my 16 foot garage door, installed a cable that was well worn, and a center bracket that had been damaged. He lubricated all the moving parts and the 50 year old door (1956 home) was quieter than we can ever recall. Yevgeniy was clean, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after he was done. Original estimate- from the phone was $169-199 before tax. They installed two other parts that increased the cost slightly and then it was lowered by $10 b/c of the Angie's discount!

Of the 3 quotes I got, All Four Seasons was the least expensive. I called to give the go-ahead on a Thursday and Dan said they could be out on Saturday. Tim came out Saturday (he did all the work by himself) to begin the install. After putting up one door (without opener), he said he was missing some hardware and would have to come back the next Tuesday, which was somewhat inconvenient with only one operating door. Tim called back on Sunday to say that he would come out Monday evening to get a head start on Tuesday. He finally finished the job Tuesday afternoon. The final bill was more than what was quoted, but when I brought this to his attention, he agreed with the quote that I showed him. The doors and openers look good and work well. Tim was very polite and communicated well about the job's progress. Note, quoted price did not include tax on materials, which added about $70.

I was leaving for work one morning in July and the garage door would not go down completely. It stuck at about 3 feet from the floor. I called All Four Seasons and they had a repairman in my area that day. He was able to attend to the problem while I was at work. I did not want to pay with a credit card or give him my credit card number, so I told him that I would mail a check to the company that day. I called the company and let them know that I was at work, that the work had been done and that I was putting a check in the mail, it was okay with them. I was completely satisfied and impressed that this work was done promptly and that they were willing to work with me to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend them and would also use them again.

Tim Davis did an excellent job. He was on time and explained what needed to be done before completing the job. He did not try to sell me something/services I did not need. I would highly recommend this company 4 stars.

Called at 7:45 on Monday, promised same day between 8:00 and 10:00. Estimate between $169 and $199 depending on the door. Tech arrived @ 10:25. Springs replaced as well as a marginal sensor (tech left old sensor in garage). Nice work, tech lubricated the door rollers, the door glides like never before.

Arrived punctually and was very friendly and professional in making a quote for work. Work was scheduled and actually completed sooner than promised. Professional and friendly installation, and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the project was complete. I would hire again for similar work.

The repairman was early and called ahead to ensure that I was at home. He was patient and answered all my questions. I thought the price was a little high for the springs and the labor (he wasn't here very long), but they did warrant their work and parts for two years.

Arrived as scheduled. Price was different than quoted on phone. The $69.00 was supposed to be a flat rate with 10% off foe Angie's list members, so I was expecting $63.00 bill. When the tech arrived he stated this was a different type of problem not covered under the flat rate and this service was $99.00. I explained the phone quote and we settled for the $69.00 without the discount. The tech was very pleasant and courteous and did the job quickly. I had explained my scheduling problem and they accommodated my needs.
