All Four Seasons Garage and Entry Doors

The entire process was very simple and pleasant : called the service number, explained the problem, and received a quote. The service was scheduled on a Saturday between 10 AM and 12 PM. On the day of service the repairman called at about 11:30 AM to say he would be about 10-15 minutes late due to traffic. That is very feasible given the notorious traffic in Atlanta. The repairman showed up 10 minutes late as predicted. The repariman was very courteous and pleasant. The work was completed in about 45 minutes as stated. The garage door was replaced and the door adjusted to close properly. He found one side was catching very slightly and adjusted the rails. That one little adjustment made a huge difference in the squeakiness of the door! While he was there the repairman gave me advice on how I can fix my other garage door which did not always close smoothly. He did not try to sell me a service but recommended it was an easy DIY job. After $10 at Lowes I easily fixed my other door. VERY PLEASED WITH ALL 4 SEASONS GARAGE DOORS. I will definitely consider them for other services.

Rep (Kevin) arrived on time, gave estimates for repair and replacment - replacement was a no-brainer.Discussed options - Kevin recommended a slight upgrade, which we went with.Installer (Eric) was on time, worked quickly and did a perfect job. Doors look great and are real quiet.We had a slight issue with the total price, which the office resolved immediately.

He came on time. He made sure that the doors were operating safely. This was a big concern as there were four little children who played near the doors.

They did a good job. They were able to do the work right away and right on time. The workers were experienced and knew what they were doing. The garage door is holding up fine. They actually improved it. It had only one spring, but they put two springs, and that is why it cost a little more. They said that I could go with one spring like I had but suggested that I go with two springs instead. They put one on each side of the middle so they can work in tandem. I feel that it will hold up longer, although the one that was in there was there for about 20 years. I had no complications with them. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I may call them because I need to get a new thing for the bottom of the garage door.

had some initial issues with appt times. Said 11-1, but said his appt was 2-4. Once he established it was a board, he said he was out of them and would bring one in morning. The office called next day and said that they were out of stock and had to wait until the following morning and would call. Brad called me first thing and came out to do the repair. he was finished in less than 45 minutes. Everything works great. He offered discounted service call due to the issues with teh appt. and applied the angies list coupon as well. Nice experience.

Dan came out to measure our garage doors and explained the different types of doors. He explained that with insulated doors, they are more energy efficient. He took his time answering all our questions and giving us the knowledge we were looking for. We made an appt for the next week to have the doors installed. Eric came and did a great job with the garage doors. We are VERY VERY happy with the product since we can feel the difference in the garage with the insulated doors.Thank you ALL FOUR SEASONS for a job well done.

They were fantastic! Dan, the owner, came out and measured the door himself. He was very polite and assured me that everything would go according to plan, which it did.

I called on a Sunday afternoon after discovering a broken spring on my garage door, preventing the door from opening. They responded by phone within two hours and had a service rep on site at 9:30AM Monday. He replaced the torsion springs on my garage door and had it up and running within an hour. Very prompt and efficient response. The total price was in line with my expectations. When I asked for advice on future upgrades to the door/opener, the rep offered some good ideas without any sales pressure.

Although I left a message on the company's voicemail, my call was not returned the next business morning. However, after calling them a second time, I was able to talk with a pleasant receptionist who setup a time for someone to come out that day. They even adjusted their hours to slightly later than usual to accommodate my schedule. When Tim arrived, he did the work, explained what he was doing, and mentioned the transferable warranty.

They were able to come over the next day and spent a lot of time troubleshooting to find the problem. When the problem was accurately identified it was fixed quickly and perfectly.

Please bear with the history and detail account because I want to be sure to give a fair description of what happened, especially due to this company's exceptional grade. The grades I gave represent only my opinion. I will recount my experience with them and let other customers decide for themselves. I've had problems with an older model Genie garage door opener unit. Basically it would work for a number of days then it'll stop working until I either unplug or press the button to reset or a combination of both while whistling, etc. No idea what the "real" fix is. Before I rented out the house, first thought was the unit is defective, so I purchased another brand new Genie opener and installed it. It worked fine for about a month then it's exhibiting the exact same behavior. Of course at this point I have no idea what it could be and that's when I called All Four Seasons. The scheduling part was easy. On the day of appointment, the tech was 10 minutes late, though he did call and said he's running a bit late due to traffic (it was rush hour) so I wasn't too upset. He has good attitude but just seemed a bit.. well.. "carefree??" So he spent some time looking at the install of wiring on the unit, tested it a bit, a rather short and simple "troubleshooting" procedure, then he told me that new Genie models are terrible and the circuit board is bad. And I'm thinking: "no way! It's doing the exact same thing as the old one. What are the odds that the new one is broken, too??" He assures me that it happens a lot with Genie openers and suggested that I should call Genie for replacement board. He also showed me how to replace it when I get it. That part was good since he did not pressure me to let his company do it. He did up sell the retention springs, but I do need those anyway so I let him install them. That work is fine. Then I called Genie and finally have the replacement board and replaced it (Genie had to give me c***, by the way..) It worked! Well...for about a month then it stopped functioning again. It was doing the exact same thing as before! Now I'm annoyed. What can it be!? So I called All Four Seasons again and explained what happened. The receptionist was easy to work with as I explained to her the history. She was also very nice to call my tenants to schedule a time directly with them. So they sent the same guy out. According to my tenant (I was not present during this appointment), he, again, did not spend a lot of time checking things out. He did not check electrical connections or wiring of the garage or the switch (not the opener) as I suspect the cause may be. Instead, he suggested to purchase another brand. And they will replace and install for $350 - $380 and hopefully I can still return the Genie unit. I asked the tenant if I should get a second opinion or if that "diagnose" seemed credible. Tenant strongly suggested to get a second opinion. And that's when I called Overhead. After Overhead came out, it turns out that the newer models of Genie openers are not compatible with the old wall switch that the house originally has! The technician replaced the switch and everything works wonderfully now! And that was $98. That was my experience with All Four Seasons...

After reviewing my options, I chose to replace both doors. The entire job could have been completed within 2 days, but I chose a door color that they did not have in stock, so the doors were replaced one week later. The instatllation was very quick and the doors are a big improvement over the old wooden/masonite doors that were on the house.

I called All Four Seasons when my wife's door would open on its own. A two-man team arrived to troubleshoot the problem. They decided to replace the opener's logic board to see if that solved the issue. It did. I also asked them to assess my door opener, which was working fine but was a much older model without many of the current openers' safety features. They worked with me on upgrading my door by installing a new opener, adding sensors at the bottom (making the door safer around my two young children) and replacing two worn pulleys. They also upgraded my wall-mounted button at no charge. Since this work, I have had All Four Seasons back to replace a broken spring; they arrived within hours of my call on a weekend!

After shutting the garage door one evening, one of the springs broke. I could barely get the door open manually. A technician, from All Four Seasons, came out and fixed the door. I don't think I could have raised the door another time, so I would not have been able to get my car out. They came pretty quick.

They were very good very confident, and responsive. They pro-actively found some problems that I wasn't aware of, and they ended up fixing those problems.

He was here about an hour. Worked effectively. Explained what he was going to do and why it had to be done.

Responded very quickly to my call. Were able to come out within 24 hours, and had door up and running in a few hours. Very honest about what needed to be done and covered all costs.

They showed up on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. I think that if they had a written bid it would have been better, so I would have known exactly what I was paying. The bid was very close. I was very satisfied with their work.

My garage door has not been closing smoothly for awhile, but I put off the repair because I feared it would be expensive. When I finally contacted All Season Doors, they told me they would examine the door and do minor repairs for the same cost of the service call, which they did. He could have charged me more because I thought the door needed major repairs; however he was very honest and said that only one roller needed replacing and the track needed cleaning and greasing- which he did. He also replaced my garage door opener on the wall and only charged me the cost of that unit, no extra labor costs. He gave me a discount for being an Angie's member and did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost.

They were very friendly. They did exactly what was asked of them and answered all my questions. They were very helpful. Because they had done work for us before, they gave us a discount on the door motor.

I called All Four Seasons Garage Doors in the morning and they had a technician out to my home that afternoon to do the repair.

One of my garage door springs gave way and everyone at work said not to fool with it myself, and hire it done. Called Four Seasons Garage Doors to fix the spring. Since the doors were original to the house from first constructed, I had them do a few things extra. Everything went well, and I would most definitely hire them again.
