 + -1 moreWe know Ms Redford took complete control over the sale of our home on day 1. The only person who walked through our home was her buyer rep. When she called my husband with the offer, she manipulated and forced him into accepting less for our home and agreeing to closing costs. We had no opportuity to uncover other interst in the market. Debbie did not act as our agent. She did not advise on best way to be most profitable in the sale of our home. She knew the woman who was buying our home- she lived around the corner from her. She denied knowing her of coarse. Debbie breached the GRA code of ethics on more than one article and we will be filing a cliam against her.
Description of Work: Ms Redford did not advocate for us- as the seller of our home. She did not negotiate on our behalf to our benefit. She negotiated to the buyer and manipulated us into taking a lower offer and paying closing costs on day 1 on the market. Later we found out the buyer lives at the bottom of our realtor's street. The buyer only had a certain amount to spend- which was 9 K lower than our home price and she pursuaded us to lower our cost to meet her allowance. She did not advocate for us during the due dillegence period. In fact, she ignored several requests we had for the buyer
