Alain Pressure Washing

When I purchased the advertised deal on Angie's List, I knew that it wouldn't cover everything I wanted done. That said, I spent more with Alain for less service than I had in 2012. (Unfortunately, the person I used in 2012 has transitioned to a different line of work.) The work that was done was pretty good. As we reviewed the work, I found a few places where they hadn't fully cleaned. Alain was very willing to get a ladder and scrub the places by hand to remove the stuff that the chemical wash hadn't removed. The patio looked great- it had been covered in moss before he started, and he used a bit of bleach to insure the moss would be removed. I was worried it would hurt the downhill plants, but it's been a month and I've seen no signs of collateral damage. All in all it was a good experience. I originally said "No" to "Would you use this provider again" simply because I will probably shop around more next time, to see if I can find a better deal. If I can't, I will call Alain.

washing went well - communication while setting up the schedule was somewhat lacking

Alain and his crew are consummate professionals. My house is a Victorian with lots of architectural elements in multiple colors, they cleaned everything very thoroughly, they hosed off 9 pieces of furniture on the porch being careful not to drag anything on the painted floor (that would have scratched it). I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service, they even cleaned 3 fabric awnings which I didn't even ask about. Oh, yes, they tented a birds nest under my deck as to no disturb the wildlife residents. Sweet! Merci Alain, see you next spring!

They were fantastic! I ordered the big deal and gave them some some preferred times. The next night, they told me they could be there the next day at 8:30am! They were fast, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.

I have very light colored Hardiplank siding and it has been at least seven years since the house had been painted or pressure washed. There was much discoloration on the siding, trim, gutters and under the roof from all of the pollen and dirt build up. I purchased the pressure wash hoping that I could put off painting the house for at least another year. I was amazed at the difference! First it took less than two hours to pressure wash the house, all of the window sills, and they even did my patio furniture without my asking! It looks like the house and trim were all freshly painted. I am THRILLED! I HIGHLY recommend Alain Pressure Washing. They were on time, professional, and walked me around the house when done to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will use them again without hesitation.

The response time by this company was incredible. I was contacted the afternoon I purchased the Angie's List deal and made my appointment for a few days later. They showed up right on time that morning and proceeded to pressure wash my home. The whole process was quick and easy. The guys were very professional and I would easily use them again.

It took them literally 10 minutes to when I sent my request thru Angie's list to when I got a call. They came out that same day to give me the estimate and the work was done 3 days later. Absolutely the best customer experience I have had. They gave advice on staining our exterior cedar siding and gave me a referral. I will never have anyone else do this kind of work for me. Customer for life.

This dude is fast. He showed up right on time and before I knew what was happening, he was loading his tools back into his van and driving away. I usually wash my own house, but for various reasons this time I wanted to have someone else do it. And he did it good and fast.

They did a decent job. It was more than they were able to do for the price that I paid. For the deck, I had to pay them an additional $125. It was a surprise. The deck was very much in need of pressure washing. They were very good and efficient. I would recommend them. I wouldn't use them because of the price.

Purchased deal on a Wednesday. Service was performed the next day in a timely and professional manner. All stains, cobwebs, and debris are gone. The house looks great.

I called Alain on a Tuesday morning. I told him what I wanted done and he gave me a price. He came the next day. Alain and his assistant sprayed and power scrubbed my drive way and my concrete patio in less than 2 hours. They did a very good job with out any problems.

Alain did a fantastic job! He was very punctual , courteous and knows how to communicate with his customers.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for that type of work. I did communicate to Alain I would like him to return next year and will also hire him to power wash my fencing and re-stain. This was my first job using Angie's list and now I am a believer! He arrived as scheduled. Introduced himself. I found that he was courteous and friendly. It took him no time at all to complete the process. House looks GREAT! Will most definitely use this company again in the future.

We cannot say enough good things about Alain and his team, and their performance. We had scheduled Alain to perform his work prior to be hit by the hazards of an F1 tornado! We called Alain to let him know what occurred. He came out that morning, checked our roof for damage and even took pictures for us and secured the damaged area.... Not in his job description!! His team went ahead and did the rest of the clean up as contracted for. Alain and his team are highly responsive, professional, timely and complete excellent work! Their pricing is commensurate with their quality of work! Alain is on our short list for a reliable contractor going forward!

I called him on a Friday, early afternoon and he came that evening to give the quote. I have an Ipe deck, and he knew what it was and how to deal with it. I was impressed with his knowledge and immediately hired him on his presentation of the quote. He said it would be the week after next, but called me a few days later and said he could come the next day due to a schedule change. He did and when I got home, the deck was even better than I hoped. I called him to tell him my pleasure in his work and asked him to price the Ipe oil stain that I already had. I quickly hired him for that and he completed the job the following week. It looks great. The house looks great too, as all the mildew on the siding is gone, especially the north elevation. He may not be the cheapest price out there, but I don't want the cheapest job either. I want to get it done, pay for it once, and be happy. I will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, a phrase I seldom use.

The job was so big it did take them a day and a half to finish. You are going to get a better result with Alain than with a college student who bought a pressure sprayer at home depot and started in business.

Work was excellent. Alain is very pleasant to work with. Price was very reasonable. Will for sure use him in the future.

He saved me some money because he said certain things were not going to work very well. He did a great job and gave me a discount. Another good thing about him is that he was local and was close by; he knew the Atlanta area. He answered the phone right away and knew exactly when he could come out to get the job done.
