Alain Pressure Washing

Alain and his crew did a great job in a very professional and courteous manner. The driveway looks cleaner than ever. The two decks were a real challenge. The previous company that stained the decks put it on too thick. Alain's crew had to sand the majority of the decking down to bare wood. The finished product looks great. Much better than I thought was possible.

Alain came to give me an estimate the day after I contacted him, followed up that evening to be sure I received the quote and did the work on a Saturday. The Saturday availability was very helpful in light of my own work schedule, and the fact that we have dogs that had to stay inside while Alain was here. Everything looks great!

Alain came to inspect the deck. He paid close attention to all surfaces. I asked about adding a step to deck. He explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, materials and stain to be used. Very rofessional. I received an all inclusive quote quote for deck maintenance and construction of the step. The quote was very reasonable for work to be done. The team arrived on time to build the step, pressure wash and back in two days to apply two coats of high quality stain. Love the stain color! Love the new step! The deck looks great! I highly recommend Alain Pressure Washing.

Alain did a GREAT job! He is so conscientious and goes above and beyond to insure your satisfaction. I have already recommended him to my sister and would recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors.

He was fine. There were some problems that occurred with them being here but I'm not sure it was his fault. I think that he got a lot of water in electrical socket. I had a flood light that I had to replace and another socket that he tried to replace because he got a bunch of water in it and ruined it. He replaced it but it still didn't work. In all honesty, I'm not sure how much of that is his fault and how much of that is my fault. He didn't cover them properly. Replacing flood light is expensive but he was very nice. I thought he did a good job on the house. I've had this done basically every other year for a long time and I've never had all these problems with electrical sockets. That was the problem I had with him.

Early for appointment - even cleaned the backboard of the basketball goal. Great service. Highly recommend.

The good: Alain and his crew pressure washed and stained my deck. They moved all my patio furniture off the deck and worked fast. Alain used a high quality stain (not from HD or Lowes) and the work turned out pretty good. Alain was also priced lower than anyone else that provided a quote and offered a discounted price if I were to let him stain the deck each season thereafter. The bad: customer service is not a strong suit particularly when it comes to scheduling. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Alain for my follow up service the following season, and instead of a date he said he would be able to stop by in two and a half weeks. I asked if to give me a heads up when he had a more specific time as I had a party coming around that time frame and needed to have he deck available. I heard nothing more from Alain until he showed up on the day of the party to do the work. Surprised to see him, I had to send him away. When I contacted Alain to reschedule, he had made no attempt to put me back on his calendar so the nearest date range he could give me was "first or second week in July". He blamed me for having to be pushed out two months out, and took offense to my saying that he showed up at my home unannounced, saying he would never do such a thing. I told him he gave me a date range (is two and a half days 10 days away? 11?) but not a date and time, which is true and verifiable by our text conversation. I'm left to guess that Alain did not like that, as he stopped responding and never showed up during the first or second week in July. The result: Alain does do good work, and is cheaper than most other companies. And generally, he's not a bad guy. But do yourself a favor and make sure to make him specify a DAY and TIME for your appointment if you choose him. This is not to say that things can't change due to weather...but you should at least have an expectation as to exactly when the initial service is to happen. This is not unreasonable.

The service provided was excellent. It was very easy to schedule and performance was performed in a timely manner. I recently purchased the house and discovered that the the stone underneath the layers of dirt on the patio had beautiful red and white tones. The house looks like new and the driveway looks like it was recently installed.

Alain was fantastic. My house is hard coat stucco so I was apprehensive about having it pressure washed. Alain reassured me that it would be fine and explained how he would wash the house using light pressure. I am in the middle of a very stressful move overseas so I am working to get the house ready to rent. Alain did an amazing job - he was responsive, professional, punctual, and the finished product is beyond compare. Needless to say my stress level is much reduced. I highly recommend Alain to take care of your house.

I've used Alain 3 separate times over the last few years to clean decks, stain fences and decks and pressure wash my house and rental home. He is my go-to person for all of these things. Great response, punctuality, and work product. I've referred him on a few occasions and everyone agrees.

Alain and his team were great from start to finish. Alain came out almost immediately upon contacting him and met me on a Sunday morning for the estimate. Communication and punctuality were great and the work was superb, everything looked fantastic. We will definitely work with him again in a year or two to refresh our house!

The owner, Alain, has an outstanding work ethic. This is the 3rd year in a row I have called and it is just amazing the consistent and fine work he does on my property. My house is surrounded by trees and throughout the year and especially through the rainy season is covered with mildew. After Alain does his magic I feel as if I have a new home. I will call him in the spring to pressure wash and seal a fence. I hardly ever write reviews, but feel the need to need to comment on Alain's hard work, honesty and professionalism.

Porch Furniture was carefully removed before the start of job, and was replaced after job was completed. Mildew/dirt residue thoroughly removed from exterior stone steps, stone wall, porch railings, steps, ceiling and floor. Impressed with their attention to detail Looked like new when they were finished. Work was done in a timely, professional manner. Cost was very reasonable. Would have them back for more work after pollen season.

.Alain is one of the most responsive and responsible service providers I've ever worked with. He and his crew were always on time and focused on the tasks at hand. When there were weather delays he informed us in due time. I was also impressed by the working relationship he had with his crew. We had a lot of heavy items on our deck, which he and his crew carefully moved and ensured that nothing would be dangerous to our dogs. He was very engaged with my wife in picking out stains for the deck and assuring her that nothing he used would harm our dogs. He also identified other needs and services, such as staining a wooden bridge and cleaning off a brick pathway without disturbing the sand-bed at no extra cost. When he power washed the house he also got the driveway and my mother-in-law's car, which looked brand new when he finished. He saved us from significant problems when he noticed soft spots on the roof. He told me right away so we could make arrangements for repairs before the rains started. I'm sure there are other providers who are less expensive. But, I don't think you will find anyone as conscious. There's no question that he gave us great value for his services.

I needed my home exterior cleaned quickly for an upcoming inspection. Alain came to my aid after another company did not show up as scheduled. Next time I will call Alain first!

Alain and his colleague were on-time and responsive to my requests. They did a great and thorough job pressure washing the house and got some green gunk off the side of the house that had been here for some time. I highly recommend Alain and his team.

Alain is a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time I've used his company. The first time was to pressure wash my driveway, steps and pool area to get my house ready for sale. He and his associate did a great job and cleaned areas on the front of the house that I hadn't thought of and so I've asked him to return to freshen things up. I would recommend him without reservation.
