+ 0 moreAlaine was customer service focused from his initial phone call to his departure! He returned my call quickly, set up a time, called an hour before arriving and gave us his honest bid. He had samples of various colors on wood so we could see the real color. Alain and his helper arrived on time for the pressure washing and the staining/sealing. They were careful in their work and cleaned up afterwards. They did an EXCELLENT job and the deck looks wonderful!! The other areas he pressure washed look great, too! It would have taken us DAYS to do this ourselves! Alain's service was well worth our time and money. As an extra, you get to hear Alain's delightful French accent! Alain's proved to be professional and willing to meet with us in person for the initial inspection of the fence and answer our questions. Alain's was also patient with us during our long delayed deliberation process. We are very pleased with the quality of Alain's work.
