Alain Pressure Washing

He was very quick and very efficient. He did everything all in one day. I never had anybody do that before. My husband said that it was an outstanding price. He was here when he said he would be.

Met with him late on Tuesday (July 16th) for a quote. His quote was so good that I asked when he could do it and he said probably on the next day (pending rain). It rained the next day so he came out on Thursday (July 18) and got the job done in about an hour. Asked him to make sure he didn't blow the paint off the concrete and he assured me this would not happen. He was right. Perfect job done quickly and for less than half of other quotes. Would highly recommend.

Last time I had my house pressured washed I used my handyman. There is a big difference in using someone who pressure-washes professionally and someone who kind of know how to do....My house looks great and the price was quite a bit less than other quotes. My gutters and trim were black in some areas as I have lots of trees, all is gone and new looking. Will call him/use him again.

So far, the experience has been satisfactory. Very responsive, timely and professional.

He showed up on time and explained every thing he was going to do. He was proffesional and made sure i was satified before he was paid. He also gave me time to run to the ATM machine so i could pay him.

Alain was on time for the appointment and did a very good job.

Everything went well...My home is white siding andmany, many trees thus I always have mildew. This is the second time I called Alaiin and he came right out and did a magnificient job. I will use him again in the future.

Had moss growing on a brick patio and the "A-Man" made it look brand new. This guy is the hardest working guy in show business. Great Work!!!

As noted in my earlier comment, Alain performed the job at a fair price with high professionalism and very pleasant personality.

I am in the middle of selling my house and a last minute letter by my HOA was sent requiring that my house be pressure washed to resolve some possible issues with mold and mildew. I called a couple places who were more expensive and booked beyond the time I need. Alain was very responsive, and available after hours for a call at my convenience. He was also accomodating for my schedule and gave me an estimate over the phone that was better (30% less) than other estimates from those companies who couldn't meet my schedule. He called the night before to confirm, he was on time and encouraged a walk around to ensure the job was done correctly. It was a rare experience with a contractor that left me feeling like I got the right value for what I paid. I would certainly recommend him.

Alain show up promptly and ready to work. He was accepting of my suggestions and desires.

I called and we made arrangements for Alain to come out in a couple of days. He called a couple of hours later same day I spoke to him and said he was not too far from me and could come out right away. He did so and did the job same day I called. Other services were saying as long as a month away. He did a great, fast job and more than we had even decided on. He was great!

Alain did a great job pressure washing everything - it looked like new. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. His prices were also reasonable. Alain had begun painting house exteriors recently, and I had him paint my house. Everything turned out very well. My only concern was some of the prep work prior to painting. He had a carpenter that worked with him a few days, who did a good job. Prior to painting, I think more sanding and caulking could have been done. Otherwise, everything turned out great, and I love the new paint colors on my house. I would call Alain's Pressure Washing again.

We needed a deck stained for an open house on a rental property and he responded quickly and did the work in a timely manner which really helped us out. We had a beautiful deck to show to prospective clients.

I can't say enough great things about Alain's Pressure Wash. The owner came out to give us a quote for pressure washing that was less than other quotes we had received. Additionally, they were able to fit us into their busy schedule several days before planned. They arrived on time time and finished the job in less that the estimated time. They even went above and beyond by washing extra items. Our driveway and house look great! The responsiveness and professionalism of this company is excellent. This was our first time ever using Angie's list, and we were so pleased with the information we received. Alain's Pressure Wash will ceratinly be back next spring!

I got Alain's name from Angie's List and called him (on Tuesday, I believe). I told him that we were having party on Saturday and wanted to have our house, back patio and fence pressure-washed before the party. Alain came out the same day I called and gave me a reasonable estimate. He said he could perform the work on Thursday or Friday (depending on the rain predicted for week's end). Alain and his crew arrived on Thursday morning and performed all the work we had discussed. In addition, he pressure-washed the exterior of our dirty chimney and gladly pressure-washed both sides of our fencing. He was quick, thorough, polite and professional. I will gladly use Alain again and will recommend him to friends.

It went very well - we would recommend Allain to anyone and will use his company again in the future.

Mr Becquet was a true professional. Despite all of the heavy rain for the past few days, the sun came out just long enough for him to do an "excellent" job on pressure washing the exterior of my home. My home is located next to a wide area of trees therefore the dirt had taken its toll on my vinyl siding. After the job was complete, my home looks as if it recieved brand new siding. Thanks a million Alain.

Dirt and grim had built up over the years on my split level 400 sq. ft. composite deck with wood railing that needed to be cleaned, stained and sealed again. Pressure washing composite material requires special attention so as not seperate the fiber from the resign base. When Alain came to survey the project he was knowledgable of this special requirement and assured me that he knew what to do. We agreed on a schedule and the work could not have been done any better. Alain even went above and beyond the project requirements by doing a few little extras. He is pleasant and very conscientious.

Alain was an excellent service provider. Even though weather caused delays he kept me informed of his intentions and came as soon as he could. The work done was superior to other pressure washing which I have paid for in the past and the cost was about the same.

Above average is a good starting point. I Found Alain on this site as he/his company was so highly rated. I called mid-morning to see about a quote and he was able to show up late afternoon that same day. I was considering doing the job myself and had done a lot of research with everything involved (we have a 750ft deck and the more I learned, the more I wanted someone else to do it). Alain knows decking and he listened to what we were trying to do....we wanted the solid stain striped off on the back deck and were hoping to get a semi-transparent stain down as to let some of the wood grain come through; on the front deck, it was bare wood and we wanted a semi-transparent stain. The details were discussed further and he gave what I felt was a very good quote for both the front and back porch/deck. Alain was up front with his doubts about being able to have all the solid stain removed like we wanted (I was in total agreement that it would be a tall order to have all the stain removed) but man did he and his co-worker try. They spent a whole day on the coldest day this spring (upper 30s) trying to do so but it's near impossible to remove stain in between boards, on recessed nail heads and areas that had a heavily application. Having completed that step as well as could have been done, we had to wait several days for the wood to dry out.....as it's been a very wet spring and our schedules at home are rather hectic, Alain made it a point to avail himself when we were home and the weather was cooperating. The next trip out he inspected and replaced some boards on the back deck that we both agreed needed to be changed out and stained the front porch as it's completely covered and was ready to go. When replacing boards with pressure treated wood, it's still wet from the local hardware store with the treatment and needs to dry for several days.....having had good weather the past week, we got lucky and today the wood was dry enough for the final deck stain(a solid dark brown). Needless to say, we are more than happy with the finished product. He has a sincere desire to make the customer happy and in this day and age of poor customer service, Alain and his crew are a breath of fresh air. My wife and I highly recommend Alain and will be using him again in the future.

Very well. Alain called back same day and came out earlier than expected to perform the work. Driveway looks great and the jon was done very professionally.

I saw Alain in Angie's List and read all of the reviews. They were great and that helped make my decision to contact him to do the pressure washing of our house. He arrived promptly on the day agreed on and did a great job on the house. After he had finished I talked to him about painting the portico and he agreed to do the job. The results of both jobs was great . I would recommend him to anyone wanting a great job.

This is the 3rd time I have hired Alain. Twice before to pressure wash and stain my back deck. As usual, Alain did an excellent job and was very courteous. I emailed him the next day to ask some staining on my gutters that I thought would come off. He explained that some white aluminum gutters have stains that look like dirt, but resist cleaning with pressure washing, Clorox, etc. Then he copied me on a question he posted to a website forum asking for suggestions to clean. This showed me that he really cared about customer satisfaction. Within a week he came back out to the house using a special product that cleaned all of the black stains on the gutters, no charge. I am extremely happy with the results. Alain went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction!

The deck looks great and they completed what they stated they would complete. They came out when the window for weather conditions was most favorable to complete the project as discussed. He did state that the deck surface and stairs, would probably need to be have a touch up of the stain a little done more frequently than the railing due to foot traffic and more direct sun exposure.
