Alain Pressure Washing

Alain did a great job. He accommodated our somewhat tight schedule, showed up on time, had a very reasonable price and, most importantly, left our house looking MUCH better when he was finished. With the rainy year our exterior had a lot of mildew that needed to be removed, along with the usual dust, cob webs, etc. that come from living in Georgia. The house was definitely ready for the holidays when he was finished.

Used old leaky equipment. Spilled bleach in one hugh spot that now shows up a different color when it rains. Also his machine leaked streaks of bleach that resulted in a splochty streaks on the drive and he tried to tell me it was because someone waxed their car on the driveway. We have never waxed a car on the drive.

Alain did an excellent, meticulous, professional job for an excellent price. We had paid twice as much this summer for someone else to pressure wash our driveway, and when Alain did it, the job was twice as impressive. He and his assistant worked carefully and thoroughly, and he even went to Home Depot at one point to try to purchase us some missing outlet covers. We will certainly use Alain's services when it's time to pressure wash again.

Everything turned out excellent. I was extremely pleased with his services and I would definitely use them again.

I called Alain in Sept. and he came out and gave an estimate which was lower than the others. I contacted him last week and he called and confirmed that he would be here on Monday at 8:30. He and his crew showed up right on time and did the pressure washing of the concrete areas and fence. He scheduled the treatment of the fence the next day weather dependent. Weather was fine and he treated (sealed and stained) the fence. Would not leave until I did the walk through to ensure that it was to my satisfaction. The fence looks GREAT and the driveway looks new. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants their driveway and other areas to look the way mine does and the fence is perfect.

The company is amazing! I have a massive deck that is extremely high off the ground and the quality of work this company did is amazing. They first came to pressure was the deck and then a couple of days later they painted the deck and supporting posts. There were no paint streaks or paint on the house. This company is extremely professional and great to work with. The price was about about a hundred dollars more than another quote I got but I went with them because of how professional and responsive they were. I could not be more impressed with the quality. You can not go wrong with them. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with a contractor. He showed up when he said he would and kept me updated on the progress.

Great - quickly and wonderful job. We called and set up an appointment in a few days. He called an hour later and had a cancellation and came right over and did a great job. Very professional.

Alain was outstanding! Prompt, professoinal, and attentive to detail. He salvaged a badly damaged area of our deck caused by negligence of another contractor. Alain's work is thorough. We would highly recommend him.

Alain was great. When I first called for an estimate he answered promptly. He happened to be nearby and was at my location within 30 minutes. He was friendly and outgoing and gave a very reasonable estimate. I agreed to have the work done and he said he'd call and schedule an appointment for the next week as he was very busy. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call early Friday afternoon from Alain who said he was in the area and wanted to come by and do the job. He arrived shortly after with his crew and they got right to work. It didn't take quite as long to finish as Alain estimated so he gave took a little off the agreed price. Things turned out very well and our house looks better than it has in a long time. I was very pleased with the work, the price, Alain's professionalism and promptness, plus I just really enjoyed talking to him. I would definitely recommend Alain's pressure washing to friends and neighbors.

I called for an appointment on Tuesday evening had to leave a message as it was late in the day, received a return call with in an hour. Gave him the approximate size of my home , he gave me a price. It was good so he said he could come on the next day and do the work. They came early ( and I was happy for that) , they got to work immediately and were finished in just over an hour. Did extra work for me and I appreciated that. Very neat, pleasant, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and I know I will have them here again. Excellent in every way is my comment.

The guy was fantastic. It was absolutely wonderful service. He didn't have an appointment to work 10 to 4 and basically when he finished the job early he got us in earlier than he anticipated and just a very hard working guy. They are very expensive. I would absolutely use this provider again in the future.

Alain was very good. He removed everything from the patio including the outdoor rug and pressure washed it . He wasn't satisfied with how it came out, so he asked my permission to use more bleach. It turned out very well. He put everything back in place...even the very heavy pots with plants. Usually I do this in the spring, but this year was very different with all the rain we had. I will use him again.

Alain and his crew were so friendly, helpful and did a wonderful job. They removed the furniture from my top deck (which the only access is thru the house so they lowered it down the side via a rope and ladder), cleaned to remove mold, pressure washed and stained. They also pressure washed the bottom deck and made a small repair. They even came back after the deck dried just to put my furniture back on the deck. Even though we had to wait a bit because of the rain, it was well worth it. They provided customer service rarely seen in today's world and I will refer them and use them again.

Alain is terrific -- I called on a Friday, he gave me a quote over the phone based on the square footage of my house, he called Monday morning and said he could come at 1 pm that day. Very responsive, came on time, was very thorough and did a great job. He was pleasant, cheerful and hard working. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. Then as he was leaving he gave me a calendar, a notepad and a pen. He is obviously very proud of his work and very proud of his business. Recommend him highly!!

Alain did a great job pressure washing our concrete driveway and two decks, and then staining both decks. The driveway was done the day after he came out to give us a quote. The decks had to wait a while because of all the rainy weather we had this summer. But it was worth the wait. Alain and his crew were thorough and professional. There was no over spray like the last contractor I used. I plan to use Alain again to do some other work next spring. I highly recommend Alain's Pressure Washing. We were very satisfied with his work.

Alain and an assistant did the job themselves. He has a pronounced French accent ("from France, not Canada") and a good sense of humor. He was prompt and got the job done quickly. I'm very happy with the quality of his work and plan to use his services again.

Alain was phoned and requested to provide a powerwashing quote for the driveway and patio area. He responded timely and came to the worksite to evaluate the job. The quote was favorable so he was contacted to make arrangements to execute. Alain and his associate arrived at the agreed time. He started the job approximately at 2 p.m. and finished the work at approximately 7 p.m. They worked continuously, and Alain agreed to work with the client to increase the scope of the originally intended job at an agreeable price. Before requesting payment, Alain had the client review the completed work. He was very professional and did a great job. We look forward to working with him on other projects.

What a refreshing change it is to deal with a person in the home services business who is not only a hard worker but also a good business person. From my very first contact with Alain last week, he was attentive, responsive, kept me apprised of his ability to get to my home timely and priced fairly. What more can you ask for? I understand now how he maintains such a high rating on Angie's List. I live north of Gainesville and it is difficult to get a service provider to come from Atlanta/Marietta. Alain returned my call within 2 hours, looked up my home on his GPS and commented I was almost 50 miles from where he was but that he would find a time to come. I requested an estimate before he started the work, but also knew I was far away from his primary service area and therefore it would be difficult for him to just drop by. He asked how many square feet my home was and shot me a price. He told me that he was confident his price would not interfere with his getting the job and that because of where I lived he would need to come on the weekend. We exchanged a couple more phone calls as the weekend approached and he arrived within 5 minutes of when he said. We walked the property and confirmed the price he had told me and he was working within 15 minutes. We walked the property after he finished to verify he had done what we agreed to and if not he was prepared to continue until I was satisfied. HE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB, I PAID HIM 25% MORE THAT WHAT WE HAD AGREED ON, ABOVE! P.S. I called 2 other people for other jobs I needed to complete and still have had no response from them.

Came by and gave an estimate then returned on scheduled date and completed the job. Did an outstanding job.

I met with Alain on Tuesday evening and he promptly arrived at the time we scheduled. He provided me a quote which I felt was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. He told me it might be a couple of weeks depending on how things go but could be sooner. Two days later he had an opening and was available for the day. He and his co-worker completed the job quickly and did excellent work. He has all the right tools and equipment to do the job correctly. He didn't ask for payment until the job was complete and we reviewed all the work. I was completely satisfied and would use him again and again. I am in the real estate business, and I plan to refer Alain and his company out to all my clients. It is nice to know that my clients will be taken care of if they use Alain. He is honest and reliable. He does things the right way or he won't do them at all. Definitely use Alain! You won't be disappointed

Got a quote to pressure wash and seal the deck in April. Never heard from them again until July to be told they are too busy to get to me. When I told them it has been over 2 months since they quoted he then called me twice in July to say I can be there in an hour to do it, but I was at work. Not sure if they are just overloaded with work and if so thats great but we had to use another company to get it done. It has rained every day in Atlanta ll summer so I can see why it took so long but the lack of any customer service is an issue. Cannot speak to the quality of the work as we never got that far.

Alain arrived on time. We looked at all exterior and reviewed what needed to be cleaned. The job went very well and the end result was excellent. A real pleasure working with Alain. Very professional. I recommend Alain to anyone needing quality pressure washing.
