Alain Pressure Washing

Alain and Roberto did a great job working around the weather. They power washed the house and then a week or so later came back and prepared and stained the deck. It is a large deck that had some imperfect boards. They not only repaired the boards but fixed a couple of sticking gates. Very nice people who seem to truly care about their work. The deck looks 100% better!! Will absolutely hire again.

This went very well. The owner contacted me very promptly to set up an appointment. He and his helper showed up when they said they would and did a great job. The owner was very personable and easy to work with, and he gave me some tips on caring for the siding on my home. The price he charged was very fair.

I have to say I am extremely pleased with Alain. The service was on time, and my house looks amazing. We also agreed on services that were outside of the original coupon and he was more than fair. He, and his team, were professional, courteous, and very, very hard working.

I asked Alain to quote on re staining the deck and front porch. He returned about two weeks later and did that for about $1400. We had to schedule around weather issues hanging over the area. I am quite please with the work and teh look.

We we very pleased with Alain's work. The weather was not very cooperative as it was constantly raining during the job -- but he came back again and again to get it done. He was very knowledgable about the kinds of stain we'd need -- and worked closely with us to get the perfect color mix. He's a really cool guy -- and a classically trained French Chef as well! Who knew?!

The final results are fantastic; and throughout the entire process Alain and his employees were professional, trustworthy, and reliable. I will definitely hire them again.

I had requested quotes from 3 vendors, and Alain's was the cheapest. That and the positive reviews on Angies List made me pick him. He is very nice and fast with the quote. My driveway, sidewalk and house look very clean, did a great job. Even did the porch, which usually you think that is not included. We will definitely use Alain in the future.

Alain Pressure Washing did an excellent job pressure washing our house. Since our house is mostly brick, it was mainly the trim, shutters, garage door, and bay windows that really needed to be cleaned. These areas looked like they needed painting. After Alain's pressuring washing, they looked as though they had been painted. They rinsed the brick too so the entire house looks so much better. We were absolutely satisfied and would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with the service provided. The house & driveway are like new, and the deck looks awesome. I will use Alain in the future.

Alain was very professional and excellent about keeping me updated with the schedule. We had to reschedule the work a few times due to repeated rain, but he kept me posted with the start date for my job, according to the weather. Once his men were here, they worked hard and were very professional. I recently had the space under the deck renovated and the crew was very careful and neat so that no stain dripped where it did not belong. Also, Alain picked up the stain for me using his professional discount and offered for me to reimburse him the price at his cost. I appreciated not having to go and get the stain as well as benefiting from his professional discount. They did a great job and my deck looks beautiful!

We recently purchased a home with a stone pool deck and patio which had not been cleaned in many years. The stones were black with mildew and had resisted all my efforts to clean them. Alain assured me that he could make them look like new ,and that is exactly what he did ! His price was very fair . I plan on hiring him again to clean my driveway.

Alain's was very responsive in providing a bid, better than a competitor that we called. He was late in arriving for the job, but said rain presented problems and delays on other jobs. He was mostly good about contacting us about those delays, and everything was completed on the day he promised. He was very careful about plants and did a super job. Everything looks much better than when we tried to do pressure washing ourselves. Price seemed fair given the work he did.

It went very well. 1. Alain called the very next day after I sent an email to him. I emailed 3 companies including Alains on a Saturday, and Alain called me on Sunday and the other 2 companies called me on Wednesday. 2. Then he came out on the same Sunday and asked a lot of questions to ensure he understood what my husband and I wanted and gave us a fair estimate. 3. He pressure washed the deck a week later per our request and kept us in the loop regarding the best day to paint the deck due to all the cold weather and rain. 4. After he painted the deck it was absolutely beautiful!!!! 5. We love our deck...he replaced 55 screws with 55 deck nails and he put great coats of solid paint on our deck. It is the best job done on our deck in 8 years.

Alain was always on time, very thorough, and responsible. He took a lot of care to ensure that every piece of rotten board was replaced and repaired. We have a huge deck with an octagonal addition that looks out into the garden in the backyard. Due to the rain and colder temperature, it took almost ten days to get the work done. We also had him pressure wash the driveway and path leading to the front yard. We thought he and his team did a spectacular job!

Alain called quickly after I requested service. I was able to get the work scheduled withn a few days. Alain was responsive and easy to work with. They did a good job with the pressure washing and the house looks nice and clean.

While the quality of the work was very good, the the service was quite costly. I chose this contractor mostly because of good reviews from other Angie's List members. However, some of the vendors that I contacted did not return my calls.

I emailed Alain for an estimate and got a call a call back within an hour and an onsite visit that same day. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he gave me an estimate of $350.00. The work was scheduled for the following Monday. Alain called back and said he could do the job on Saturday rather then Monday and I agreed. Alain and his assistant arrived on time and immediately went to work. The entire job took just under two hours. Years of grime and stain due to weathering were washed away. All the moss that had grown on the retaining walls and portions of the exterior brick were removed and restored pretty much to the original look. The house is over 50 years old and the brick used is increasingly fragile and subject to chalking and flaking. I have replaced over 100 bricks in recent years due to deterioration. Alain took care to use the right amount of pressure to clean, but not damage the brick. I am pleased with the result. The areas washed actually came out better than I expected and significantly improved the appearance of the exterior of the house.

We had pretty dirty surfaces from 3-4 years of leaf imprints, grime, dirt, car oil leaks, etc. This required two days of work and I was a bit apprehensive because everybody else on Angie's was quoting more for the job. This firm did detailed and impeccable work, going back 2-3 times if needed to clean up the hard spots. You don't see attention to detail like this anymore. They were using bleach when required for a thourough cleaning. They took care of not damaging the lettering on the subdivision walls. Every appointment by phone or in person was precisely on time and professionnal. They were flexible to reschedule when the temperature got too cold. After getting this done 3 times over the past 8 years with various suppliers, I cannot be more satisfied with this firm and will no longer bother to look elsewhere.
