Description of Work: My comment is about the way this company tries to drum up business. They use robo dialing software to call people regardless of the fact that, like me, they are on the DO NOT CALL list. They also have their system set up so that the caller ID does not give the company name, nor their correct contact number. I thought you should know that the company Four Seasons Home Improvement uses you as a reference on their website but that this same company robo-calls numbers in the Atlanta area including people like me who are on the do not call list registered with the FCC. I am the one that added the Nov 17, 2011 entry which I copy below: "Got a call from them today. Caller ID said "0310eracroswell" and number 770-645-0138. I answered and said I was busy and who can I call back. The guy said he was Vincent Moyer of Four Seasons Home Improvement, and his call back number was 678-528-1333. Their website is fourseasonsatl.com (but 4seasonsatl.com will also redirect you there). Usual spiel about doing work in the area. I reported them to donotcall.gov because we are on the list.

Description of Work: A representative came out and met me on time on the agree upon date for initial consultation for replacing windows and building of a porch or portico for the front door. He briefly spoke to me about what I wanted, took about 30 minutes to get measurements, told me he was leaving and that I'd hear soon about an estimate. I never had a word back. I called the company 1 week later. The representative who met w/ me was contacted in the field. I was told they were really busy w/ heavy work load and I would get the estimate "soon". Now a month later and I have heard ZERO back from them. Not a way to earn your business. Susan Harwood.
