+ -1 moreOverall, this has been a very bad experience. I do not think that I should have to pay the $1000 because of this damaged furniture. The furniture cost about $1300.
Description of Work: I hired this company to install a carport awning. They came and installed this awning. That afternoon, I noticed that a nice patio chair and table had been damaged-something metal had hit it. There is a dent in it. I called the company and they said that they would need some pictures of the damaged furniture, which I provided them with. They said they never got it, so they sent someone out to physically look at it. They said that there was no way of proving that it was the company's fault and that I still owed the $1,000 (unpaid balance of the job). I keep trying to call this company to have this settled, but they insist that I still owe them money.
