+ -1 moreAn absolute nightmare. Very pushy, very loud, speaking incessantly. Wanted to immediately change the quote. Began speaking of hourly rates of $600, stated he would "need to leave here with a check for $1200" even though we had been told they would wait on insurance. Wanted to cut down most trees between driveway and front door to move crane in! I felt like the roof caved in on us owner was gone! Later that day company did great job for MUCH LESS and were night-and-day less intimidating and more courteous,too.

Description of Work: Removed trees, trimmed tress, ground stumps. It took them longer than they estimated, but they did a great job removing large trees with minimal impact on yard. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

+ -1 moreI called AAA Qaulity Tree Service due a storm had split our Bradford Pear Tree in half after a bad storm came through the Marietta area. Even though they were extremely busy they were very honest and explained that they would get to us as soon as possible. They were catagorizing the down trees and since our was just in the yard and not causing any issues we waited about a week for them to come out. I really liked that about this company that they proiritize which tree was critical for removal. If I ever have a tree on my house that I will not be considered first come and first serve. The crew that came out did an excellent job of removing the tree and chopping up the stump and cleaning up after the removal. I would use them again and highly recommend for thier honesty and price.
Description of Work: Removal of down tree in yard and chopped up the stomp.
