AAA Appliance Repair & Service

I need the water dispenser on my fridge fixed. Guy came and took a look at it, and changed a valve or two and left. A day later, it stopped working again consistently. I had to call 3 times to get him to call me back. He came back out, but the fridge was working at that moment, and he said he couldn't diagnose the problem if it was working and left. 2 days later, same problem. Then it took another several calls to get him to respond. When he finally came again, the fridge picked that day to work again. He got angry and acted like i was wasting his time asking him to actually fix something i had paid him to fix. I'm done with this company

The gentlemen came out was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the rate for the service to get it done was ridiculously high. Now I know, why this company charged $15 to come out, because once the service is determined you're paying 3 times more than another company that would've charged $45 to come out. My only low grade is due because of the total service bill, which I was too much, but we paid it because we need loads of clothes to wash:-(

We first called Sears Repair since our dryer is a Kenmore Elite model. The problem was a very slight smell of gas. By just looking at it, the Sears "technician" told us that the dryer needed a $304 part plus $201 labor or $505 total.. This call cost $79. We thought that was outrageous and called AAA Appliance repair. We did not tell him of the Sears diagnosis. Willy can within an hour of my call. He was able to get into the dryer by pulling out the unit and taking off the bottom cover that was held by two screws. He judged that there was no mechanical problem and that the gas smell was just some residual gas that lingered after our 11 year old unit shut down. My wife and I were satisfied that this correct and happily paid him $45. He put he unit back together. This took about an hour. We would recommend AAA Appliance R to anyone needing large appliance repair
