Jeff and A Super Plumber truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family out of a difficult situation. We had a plumbing emergency - our hot water heater burst and flooded our basement. At that time we were subscribers to a Home Repair Warranty service. The plumber that the service sent out gave us a quote to repair our hot water heater that was astronomically overpriced and unreasonable. I elected to call Jeff and get his opinion and advice. He immediately took my call. I explained the situation in detail, and he was able to tell me what I really needed, and he also provided a quote to complete the work at a muchmore reasonable cost,and was able to come out as soon as possible to do the job. He did great quality work at a great price and was thorough, efficient and effective. Since that time, because of the great service we received, we have recommended his service and A Super Plumber to our closest family and friends, and they have in-turn also referred him to their closest family and friends.
