+ -1 moreHe's very experienced and sincerely wants to help. Most places charged a fortune for weekend work. David talked to me for a long time on a Sunday over the phone and it was apparent that he knew what he was talking about. It took a week for the computer to be fixed, but most of that time was spent running programs and scans on the computer, for which he did not charge me. Many places would have. The price never changed from the quoted price. He provided a 60-day guarantee so any problems - related to anything - within 60 days will be taken care of.
Description of Work: Our computer had a horrible virus that infiltrated everything. David spent a lot of time talking to me over the phone on a weekend, for free, and I brought the computer in to him on Monday. A week later the computer was clean.
