Alan is a con-man. He had his guys at our property several times, all unsuccessful. He always came guns ablazin with why it continues to leak and what additional steps are needed. (Rather than executing and fixing on the spot) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

I contacted 6 different Waterproofing Companies for estimates. One company wanted a 150$ fee for just giving an estimate. The others all came out (eventually) and of those 5, 3 submitted proposals. The other 2, I never heard back from. Of the 3 that submitted proposals, Allen's was very competively priced, he was dependable....called he said he would, came when he said he would, etc. His crew did exactly as requested, were hard workers and cleaned up their mess. I could not be happier.

Allen and A & A Waterproofing are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I needed a quote in a hurry, and Allen gave me a great quote on the same day I called. His quote was also the most reasonable and the most thorough one I received. He completed the work ahead of schedule. Look no further! This guy is great!

After digging a trench to temporaily run the water to an old sump pump, I made a few calls to see who can get out here to survey the situation and get me on the road to waterproofing recovery. I called Allen and he had someone come out within 2 hours to check out the issue. What was discovered is the previous owner of this house did have some sort of waterproofing done, but it was from the outside and didn't really do the trick. Anyways, got quote that evening and work started 2 days later. The 2 man crew worked diligently to resolve the ground water issue by installing an interior drain that leads to a new (an much better placed) sump pump to pump water out. The first 2 days that thing was pumping every 5 minutes... now it is dry in the crawlspace and I have not seen any issues with water. I highly recommend A&A Waterproofing as they were reasonably priced and provided great service throughout.

The work was done when promised and it appears that the repair is effective. I have not observed any water coming through the crack. My only negative is that I was not at home when the work was done and the person who did the work did not leave a receipt when paid by a family member.

There is no word to describe the work completed by this company other than PERFECT. The workers were professional and courteous. It was completed very quickly and I was 100% satisfied. I no longer have water issues in my house whatsoever and I feel great about the money I saved using A&A.

I had tried another referral service and no one called me until 2 days later. A & A Waterproofing called me very promptly and came out to explain exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The repair was done promptly and we are very pleased with the work, the prompt response and the professionalism of the owner and worker. Allen noticed another possible place that could be a problem with water leaking in and he fixed that part without any extra charge to the quoted price. I would highly recommend this company for any basement/foundation/water leakage related problems!! I give A & A Waterproofing an A++++++++++

Everything went as explained in their estimate. No further issues arose after their repairs were completed.

Allen completed those repairs well over a year ago and the leaks still have not returned. VERY satisfied!
